I’ve tried countless oils and treatments over the years, but nothing has kept my hair consistently moisturized like this. From the very first use, I noticed a difference—my strands felt nourishe... Ver más

It's exactly what it says; made in Jamaica, authentic, dark, and no chemicals included. My hair loves it; it goes on so smooth and my thirsty 4b hair/scalp drinks it up. I am now a frequent buyer of R... Ver más

I like it!
I preordered and within 1-2 weeks, I was notified that my order had shipped. The oil arrived with great packaging (no leaking) and so for the oil has been lovely to use.

Authentic Rich Thick Oil
Authentic, thick, rich black castor oil. I order for my family all the time. All other castor oils don't have the smell or level of thickness this one has. I just wish it came in a bigger bottle. Please don't ever dilute the oil or mix with other ingredients.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I sent emails inquiring about my order because I've never ordered from this site before. I never received a response to any of the emails, no notification of my package being processed or sent when it was sent out.
Not sure if this is even authentic JBCO made in Jamaica because the shipping label says NY and now I'm stuck with three bottles. I'm going to try the oil out see how it is. I mainly want to use it for castor oil compresses.

Hello London thank you for your feedback. We have not received an email from you unless it landed in spam furthermore you or someone close to you had to physically go online to place your order. Our oil is made in Jamaican and shipped to NY to distribute within the US.
Got the products quickly after I called…
Got the products quickly after I called to follow up. (They were a little on back order.) Well-packed. Got to me in tact. Great products.

Hello Ma'am or Sir
Hello Ma'am or Sir,
The product I remember and have used for years as well as recommending it to others is a long lost dream. This last batch that I bought has dropped in quality tremendously. A product that I remembered as being thick in texture, rich and pungent in smell and flavor, pure in color with the consistency of molasses is now reduced to.... Well I am at a loss for words. It's really sad that people sell out and cut corners. WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW.

Hello Mam/Sir thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your last batch wasn’t the same as your previous however the creations process that we use has not changed. Some batches are slight different than others. While one batch may be slightly darker or thicker which is true but the same great quality has not changed.
Quality product
Fast delivery. And amazing quality product. I love the smell of authentic jamaican black castor oil!

Great product
Great product. I did ask a question about whether it was safe to consume orally at all. I’m assuming the answer is “No”, but wanted confirmation. Didn’t get a reply yet. The product is already effecting my thin edges growth and eye brows . It could be in my head, no pun intended, but I really detect a difference. It’s only been a short while, so only time will tell. The product smells like cigarette butts to me though. Lol. Doesn’t stop the effectiveness though, and that’s what really counts for me.
