I haven’t received the order yet, so I am unable to provide a review.

HORRIFIC service! When notified of the issue, we were essentially told by RoF to “prove it,” to even be considered for remediation. $100 sweatshirts are a HUGE payout for people like us. To receive the service/response we did is inexcusable. Caution.

Finally found a tee shirt company that has it all!! Great fit, cool prints, celebrating greatness!! I think I’m on shirt #11!! Definitely recommend Roots! Athletic build 6’2” 210 and XL is perfect!!

I love the selection of products and the customer service has been top notch. I have received prompt replies to my inquiries by representatives who were extremely helpful.

Great fabric material soft ez wash no running colors WUD DEF RECOMMEND

The hoodie looked great on the website. I was excited to recieve it. We are huge UofL fans and Ali fans. When I opened the $89.00 hoodie I was so disappointed for several reasons.
1. The only package was the plastic bag it shipped in, no inner bag.
2. The hoodie color is very dull.
3. The letters were not ironed on well. There are spots that are missing in the letters.
4. The hoodie is much lighter in the areas that have iron ons.
5. This is the cheapest looking most expensive hoodie I have bought.
6. For $89.00 I would expect some embroidery somewhere.
7. If the hoodie was $25.00 I would not complain a bit. Because you get what you pay for.
8. I did not get what I paid for.
9. The price should change or the quality should change.

If the product would have matched the price I would have bought more for other fans in my family.

Initially everything was great. Received it in a quick manner as promised. It looked great and was very comfortable. However, after the 1st washing, two (2) of the letters in the word "SWEETNESS" on the hoodie actually started becoming detached from the material! Before my first wearing. This is my 1st purchase from Roots of Fight, so don't know my options. Again, I love the look and feel of merchandise. Please advise. Thanks.

I dont think I'll be ordering from your company again due to the delivery drivers leaving my packages at the wrong apt. This is the second delivery that went to the wrong apt. Not sure what the problem is. I do like the products but not sure dealing with them being delivered is worth it.

Comfy as hell and love the styles. Highly recommend the sweats (shirts and pants)

I’m a long time customer that has purchased many clothing items. One thing that is apparent is their t shirts either run correct to size or small. I recently ordered two different Stone Cold designs, Both XLs. The most recent purchase is visibly smaller than the other. This is the third time I’ve experienced this.

I would be very weary of this company and their practices. Once you press purchase there is no going back. The moment you purchase it goes i to "process" and you will not get a full refund because they dont cancel orders in process. You can not request and receive a refund despite what they put in their advertisements. Terrible customer service. They give you the run around. They arent the most honest about their processing, refunds, shipping, or cancellation. And yes I have purchased from them in the past. This last purchase was a nightmare. Be careful
