Placed order for collagen and paid in mid July.
Order didn’t arrive and no correspondence from seller.
Had to email three times and they make some lame excuse about back order.
Had to request a refund.
This should have been clearly communicated to me, they have my email and phone number.

I ordered the collagen protein powder on 7/20/2025. I immediately got an alert that my credit card was charged. I never received an invoice from Rootz. After the product didn't arrive in 2 weeks I reached out to Svelte since the original text about this product came from Svelte. Turns out Svelte doesn't produce this product. I was told that Rootz is a "partner." They gave me contact information for Rootz. I would have read the reviews IF I had known about Rootz. As other dissatisfied customers have noted they are very courteous in there emails, with all manner of excuses for the "delay" and promises to UPS my product asap. It is now 8/20/25, a full month from the date of my order and 2 weeks since they told me my product was on the way. This is totally unacceptable. I still have never received an invoice or notification of a shipped date. I feel that I have been scammed and my credit card company is now investigating to get my money back. They may make good products (I was really looking forward to trying the collagen protein) but they are negligent in getting them to their customers. Shouldn't be running a business and defrauding people!

I ordered in May of 2025, had auto ship appear in June of 2025, I emailed to cancel and refund the auto ship as I still had NOT received the original order. So to this day August 17 2025, no product. Multiple emails requesting refund of original order, they tell me they can not... even though the product has no delivering date yet. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Same canned response over and over. They you be shut down. I will be contacting APPle PAY to dispute the charge and hopefully get my $$ back.

I ordered Matcha Collagen Superfood on June 18th and it’s July 2! I have several emails out for this trying to get my money back all I get is it will be shipped in 2to 3 business days , no phone number to call and they have my money!! This has to be a scam I can’t get a straight answer from emails! I’m very upset! Do not order from this company, you will be taken like I have !!! Unbelievable that people do this crap to hard working people!! I’m getting my Lawyer involved!
Sketchy business Practices.
Ordered one time only and got put on subscription. Second order has been over three weeks to get. Canceling only by email takes a minimum five days to get any response. No phone to take care of it. Meanwhile another order got shipped. Very sketchy way of doing business.

The product is absolutely delicious!
The product is absolutely delicious, and it seems to contain quality superfood ingredients. I came here because people were harshing on the company. I think there were some times when I couldn't reach them in time to cancel, and it seems like it did take a long time for it to arrive each time i began a subscription. But I have never had a problem canceling my subscription. That's why I gave it four stars.
SCAM......I haven't received my FIRST ORDER
SCAM......I haven't received my FIRST order yet ordered on May 5, 2025.....I sent an email on May 20,2025 canceling my order and reoccurring orders!!!! I finally received a response from a Rom Riki Cura, Customer Support at Rootz Nutrition on May 27, 2025 telling me I wasn't able to cancel at this time.
NOW ANOTHER ORDER WAS WAS PLACED on June 3, 2025. HELP! SCAM!!
****UPDATE as of 06/17/2025**** Still haven't received the 1st order that I was billed for. Received an email from the same customer service person,Rom Riki Cura asking me to have patience. Now the 2nd order was billed, shipped and received 06/11/2025.....left at my door...Otherwise, I would've refused the delivery. I was unable to cancel or return. Still haven't received any refunds for the 1st order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This is quite possibly the worst company to deal with. My word of advice, DO NOT DEAL WITH T HEM.
I returned two cannisters, have tracking numbers showing they were received, but still no refund. If you get in touch with them, they will send back a very nice note about returns, but then they don't honor their promises. They also have a very bad BBB rating so a lot of us are being scammed.

I received a very nice apology for the delay in my order due to out of stock. I've been taking the Energizing Superfood for 4 days. I'm going on age 83 and I can tell a difference in my energy. I felt a boost when I was dragging a bit. On today's walk I tackled 2 hills I've been avoiding. This has a good-tasting berry flavor, and with 2 grams of fiber and just 18 calories per scoop, it's surprisingly filling. I definitely will be ordering more.

DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER PURCHASE FROM ROOTZ/LEVY NUTRITION. EVER. I would give ZERO stars if this let me. I won't even spend the time detailing what I have been through trying to cancel a subscription and get my money back because it would take me all night. Harrison Levy should be brought up on legal charges for what he is doing. He must be paying off PayPal because they will not refund my money even though I have PROVED I have requested the subscriptions to be cancelled. I am going to be forced to waste more time making a trip to the bank to try and block Harrison Levy from stealing further money from me and try to get back what he has already stolen.
No follow up or delivery after order. Don't use them.
I ordered a protein powder 2 1/2 weeks ago and paid for priority delivery. After a week it still hadn't shipped, but several emails from me to them went unanswered. After two weeks I got an email apologizing and saying the package had gone out the day before. Now yet another week has passed and I have received nothing. I have twice asked for a refund. Based on unreliability I would not use this company.
Poor Customer Service
I placed an order on 2/21/25 and my payment method was charged immediately. After a week of no updates, I asked that my order be canceled. Again, no response. Just sent a follow up to my cancelation request. Don't expect to hear back.
In the meantime, I have received numerous marketing messages from Rootz, pitching more of their products. Frustrating...
Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. I want to cancel my subscription but you can't see or control your subscription on their website. I was charged more than 2 weeks ago but the order still wasn't shipped. I wrote my question on their website, 3 emails to Harrison Levi and still zero response from the company for more than a week.

I ordered 2 products on January 16, 2025. I never got a tracking number or the products. I sent 3 emails and got no response. They do not have a phone number either. I put in a dispute with my Credit Card company. My card company immediately took the charge off my bill and continued to investigate. One month later my package arrived! No explanation, appology or email explaining why they did this to me. I will not buy from this company again. They obviously don't care about people but will take your money.
