I ordered a set of spice jars but have not received them. I suppose that any company that says it uses hermes uk should be suspect. I can find no way to track my order or how to contact anyone. In future l will stick to companies that deliver and ones l can trust.

I ordered a mini cosmetic fridge for my partner a week ago. I received an email thanking me for my order. I've not heard anything since. I have emailed them twice and they have not responded. I called them this morning and this is what I got "Sorry the phone number was not found, good bye". It appears they must have gone out of business.

My items arrived partly since I have placed the order in December. I was told the remaining items will arrive by March and unfortunately I have not heard anything back since. Customer service is deactivated and I have no possibility to get in touch with them.
Do not buy from them!

I ordered a vinyl and it was never dispatched in time for when I needed it. I contacted them to cancel the order and about 10 days later it got delivered. I am now unable to get hold of anyone to organise returning this item. I have filled out their customer service form and sent many emails. You have to speak to them to organise a return. I just want to return the item but the company do not cooperate at all.
I ordered some cooking pans for just under £70. I ordered them in the 15th May and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve sent emails which ROOV have replied and said they are having problems getting them from their other warehouse and they can’t give me a date when they will be delivered, so I’ve asked for a refund which they haven’t answered too, not good and won’t be ordering again!
I cancelled my order and got confirmation from roov customer service agent that my order was cancelled and I would get my refund within 4 to 5 days, that was four days ago.
Today I get a email to tell me my order has been dispatched.
Obviously their customer service is useless
I ordered an album on 1st June 2024 on 2-3 day delivery. On the 5th of June I e-mailed Roov for an update to be told that delivery is on the 12th of June, two days after my daughter's birthday and two days after we have left to go abroad for a holiday.
Had I not contacted them they would not have contacted me to explain their cock up.
Didn't know what to expect when buying from this website but I ordered anyway. Got 6 espresso glasses on 2pm and they arrived the next morning. Really love the cups and impressed with the service. Exceeded expectations.
I placed order on 14th may and my item was meant to be disptached on 23rd may they told me there was a delay is getting my item to their main warehouse they then told me after they are waiting for stock now so i feel like i may have been scammed as i still havent received order and item still has not been dispatched just seems to be one excuse after the next and the phone line is not working so i will definitely try and get a refund

I ordered a microwave on the 23/5. I have never had a confirmation e-mail.
I have contacted customer services by e-mail but no reply.
The telephone number is unavailable.
I ordered a vax vacuum cleaner on the 5th of May. Still no sign of it. I sent 2 emails, no reply. I am sick of waiting. I have 2 cats who make terrible mess. I have not had any communication from Roov. Most disappointing!! Looking into asking for a refund.

Still waiting on the 19th. Emailed Roov twice with no reply.
After reading the negative reviews, I was a little apprehensive to order from Roov. However, the vinyls were cheap so I risked it, and I am so glad I did. Everything was delivered on time and they are in perfect condition and sealed. I would order again.
Bought two picture frames, one arrived with the glass cracked. Customer service was excellent and very fast they replaced with a new frame which also was shipped and arrived very quickly.
I ordered a ceramic plant pot and it was sent to me without any proper packaging. Placed in a cardboard box with a tiny piece of bubble wrap at the box of it and not wrapped around the product. The item obviously arrived smashed to pieces. Ridiculous that they can’t package expensive items properly before sending them out. I’m expecting a full refund but not had a reply yet.
I ordered a cafetière and only received the jug and two filters, no lid/plunger?! I emailed customer service and got a reply to say sorry and ask if I wanted a replacement or refund - I open for replacement and haven’t heard since! I’ve sent more emails asking for an update and whether I’m even getting a replacement but no reply. I’ve called the number but the automated response tells you to go online and then cuts you off so I can’t even get through! Fair to say I’m not very happy with the service so far.

I bought a couple of items from this company, most of my delivery came and was fine but I ordered a thanking hand which came broken. I sent them an email straight way on the day I didn't get a response not talk of an acknowledgement. Customer service needs major improvement. Not sure if I will be buying from this website again

We are absolutely delighted with the beautiful wooden wall mounted bedside cabinets we purchased from Roov. When we placed the order we were initially disappointed to learn that they had just become out of stock. The customer service team communicated the issue promptly and offered the choice of an immediate refund or the opportunity to wait until the items were back in stock. We chose to wait and it was well worth it as the items are excellent quality. Thank you to everyone in the customer service team for a top class, friendly, professional service. We look forward to buying from Roov in the future.

It has bees 2 weeks since i placed an order withem and still waiting for them to dispatch the order? Unbelievable service you got no procts and sourcing them somewhere and made customers to wait for weeks... Disgusting... very upset about my order i wish I order it somewhere else. It is such a waste of time!!!

They arrived promptly and very well packaged -- no complaints at all. I'm very satisfied with the products. Versatile too, as they do keep liquids hot, or cold in the summer. Stylish see through glass. The mug handles are comfortable to hold. I don't normally write reviews, but feel that perhaps more people write reviews when they are dissatisfied, rather than the other way round. Hence I'm trying to redress the balance here.
