Rosalyn was an interesting ride. Excellent preparation, and user experience.

The smooth interface and network stability are the factors that made the experience amazing. And to that, I appreciate your efforts towards making the proctored assignment process possible.

The test was saved every time I typed something new, to ensure that my work doesn't get lost. I experienced minimal disruption during the exam.

Response to commands were quick. Also, tests for audio, video, and network were not stressful.

Following the instructions promptly. It is very seamless. However, it didn't read my ID well. May ne because it is old. Though it suggested that I could do learner ID manually.

It was a smooth experience. Just follow through the instructions and you will be fine.

The navigation is very simple and it's highly professional.

I had a great experience with the app. Though I was asked to raise my head up a few times, it was due to my looking at the keyboard while typing.
Overall, it is a wonderful application.

The timer should be visible to the student while taking the exam regardless of how long the question is with 10minute reminders. I shouldn't have to scroll up to check how many minutes left

The process of navigating to the real page of the Roselyn exam was straight and direct, unlike other online exams that the process will stress the learner out even before the exam starts making it exhausting, time consuming and the learner may end up not writing that exam.
The information required for the processing was not too difficult either. For me everything was excellent, that's how an online exam should be.

The exam took place on Saturday 16/11/2024 at about 3:30 pm.

The experience was great even when the conditions were a bit awkward. At first, I got a message flagging me off for something I couldn't understand but the app only noted that the event would be sent to the examiners and I continued with the exam. After that, there was a power outage and the app indicated that there wasn't enough lighting in the room. I thought the app would log me out of the exam but to my surprise, I got an alternative light source and completed my exam without any issues. That was great and the opposite of the report I've heard from other users.

It was quite nice using this. The verification was smooth.

I found using Rosalyn much easier than I expected. This is my first proctored examination and I was a little nervous going into it, but the process was quit straight forward.

Easy and Swift. No issues whatsoever.
