Rosalyn app is user-friendly, it was easy for me to use due to the instructions and guidelines that are clearly written. Overall, the experience was great. I had a good time to do my exam.

The app monitor eye focus, movement and the us of other app to certify candidates genuine performance. That is a great move and assessment standard

What made my experience great was because it easy to access and user friendly. What the company did well is notification of timing at an interval before the exam time elapsed.

The connection was quite fast; and the instructions were quite easy to follow for the installation and exam use proper.

There's a banner at the bottom of the writing page that makes typing quite uncomfortable. I had to keep typing anything so that the page could move up so that I could edit then.

It was quite uncomfortable and distracting.

The instruction set was easy to follow and understand. I would suggest you offer some clarification on the glasses we may wear for the proctored assessments.

I have some observations.
1. It was stressful for me to complete the assignment due to the nonusages of glasses. I had to strain my eyes to write on the laptop.
2. Rosalyn should take into cognizance the peculiarity of some countries where there could be downtime on the internet.

Being my first time of taking the proctored quiz, I was nervous at the beginning but as I kept on with the essay, I regained my confidence and was able to finish the assignment within 41minutes.

First time to use the tool. Was tensed up in the first place with the thought that someone was watching me. But when I saw the face on the monitor as my own, that gave me confidence to move on with ease.

Despite the unavailable breach of exam rules at some point, your system was yet flexible to consider...
