The connection to my internet was very good, with an average of 25 Mbps for upload and download speed. I, however, kept receiving error messages before eventually being able to connect. A few other people also complained. I had been on this since yesterday.

I am a student of Nexford University and using Rosalyn Proctored Exam is smooth. The experience is amazing. I recommend this amazing app.

The app is eagle to spot every movement. However, the app kept prompting me to head up. I find this uncomfortable because i am not professional typist so i have to be looking at my keyboard at intervals.
However, I have reservations about the efficient woking of this app. This is because I received a report on my verification process which says that I did not present my government issued ID whereas I did. It is so sad, disheartening, and frustrating experience. This experience has depleted my trust in the app.

The mornitoring app is superb. The materials are okay

My ID wasn't captured the first time even if l took the shot of it. Couldn't get into the canvas even after my laptop shut down and restarted it. I had to contact Nexford IT and it took 48 hours before l could take the exam again by then I had lost 5marks.
