Wow is all I can say. I have tried soooo many tans and none of them compares too your tan!!! It actually leaves you looking like you’ve been on holiday for a week!

Haven’t yet received my order to try their tan but I want to leave a review purely based on their amazing customer service. I ordered via TikTok shop but the shipment was delayed by over a week and I messaged Rose & Caramel and they were extremely helpful, pushing and nudging TikTok to ship my order so I had my products in time for my graduation. when my order was still not shipped by TikTok they went above and beyond, adding more serum onto their website so that I could order the same products as on TikTok and even gave me a free delivery code to ensure I received the same price. I am super excited to try the products but wanted to write this review straight away to acknowledge them for their amazing, considerate customer service.

Friday m, however Christina was quick to resolve my issue, and ensured my order was all correct before it was shipped to me. She was quick with replying, efficient and responsive. Really appreciate your help Christina, credit to the company! I am looking forward to receiving my tanning products. I don’t use anything else, and looking forward to gifting some to my friends for birthdays/Christmas.

Fantastic products & brilliant customer service. I recently had an issue with a delivery, which is the first problem I’ve ever encountered with this brand and it was handled perfectly. Every product I’ve tried has been perfect, they do not disappoint!!

I would say the tan facial drops are good , wish i could say the same for spray tan , when it had developed it has left with the worst streaks ever dark patches everywhere not golden dark brown, so i would advise to be very cautious of it

Not actually recieved product yet. Although I changed on company I pay with it still reverts back, which is an issue with the company not rose and caramel, however I did email immediately to ask address to be changed as the house is still empty awaiting new buyers to complete which can take a long time and they said they couldn't change address due to fast turn around for shipping. Not that fast though because I've asked my old postman and nearly a week later still hasnt been posted.

the only good thing was the smell!! after seeing all the good reviews on tik tok i decided to buy the so so dark tanning serum but was disappointed when i applied it (with a mit) and it took 2 hours to somewhat dry!!! even then it still managed to not stick and transfer onto my clothes now i have a line from where my waistband was… i washed it off and it turned out a lovely dark natural looking colour but only lasted a day ?! after that it has turned to tiger bread and my skin is so itchy and irritated even after moisturising it. i’ve had it on 3 days now and it’s so blotchy, there’s random lines everywhere and it’s stained my tops. i feel it just depends and is completely different for everyone as ive seen it look so good on other people after a week so but ive had a bad experience with this tan…

I really really wanted to like this product :(

As a weekly fake tan wearer the thought of scrubbing my tan off honestly gives me PTSD every week. It’s exhausting and I leave it until 6-7 days so I’m fully tiger loafed skin at that point.

I saw the videos where people apply this product, wipe it off and their tan is gone and honestly thought hallelujah!

I’ve used a whole tub now to try and given a rational balanced view.

I’ve held off as I needed this to be my life saver. I read ‘verified reviews’ and wonder if these are people who have been gifted the product and leave reviews to dupe others.

To be honest it’s nothing more than a skin scrub.

I apply it leave it for a minute then still have to scrub my life away with my Tan Eraser mitt. It softens it a little bit but no more than a longer shower or bath would do. It also does not remove all your tan. You would need 2-3 applications for that.

I’ve even just used it on the stubborn last bits and it still requires a helluva scrub to remove.

I’ve followed the instructions to the tee.

Pros - it smells lovely and does feel soft.

Cons - no more than a basic skin scrub. Does not remove fake tan.

I didn’t receive one of my products.

This is a great tan remover. Works really well to bring skin back to a ‘normal’ base to reapply tan. Especially good for me as I have freckles and moles which tend to hold the colour.

Speedy delivery and amazing product, my favourite fake tan that i've ever used. So so dark looks incredible on and lasts without that blotchy patchy look when tan starts to fade. Can't recommend it enough. It smells amazing going on but you do get that fake tan smell for a couple of days even with showering but that's to be expected.

Fab products and really fab service, quick turnaround and lovely packaging too!
