Sucks!! Don’t order front them EVER!!!

If there was an option for negative stars, I rate it a -5. I wish I had seen these reviews 1st before buying!! 1st off, I paid extra for delivery before Christmas, nope didn’t happen!! 2nd the cook books I had made, were NOTHING like the pictures and one of them they didn’t even bother to finish the name, just put the 1st two letters and left the rest of the name off 🫩🫩, the cherry wood looks pink!! And the engraving is just not it!!! Super disappointed!! 3rd the necklace I ordered kinks really bad!!! Customer service sucks!!! Worst experience AND terrible site to order from!!!

The necklace was not finished

The necklace was not finished, the quality was very poor and cheap, i paid extra money to be delivered fast and it took 3 weeks, i wasnt given a refund and Lisa , if thats her real name had the worst communication, was dishonest and is an obvious scammer. If you want good quailty, and great service, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ROSEFEELS, worst experience.

LAST PURCHASE ONCE FOR ALL

I ordered something from Rosebud so I can give it to my girlfriend's sister who will be getting married tomorrow. I would like to surprise her and the soon-to-be husband with the gift once they're back from overseas. As I submitted the order, I had to wait for about 2 weeks since I selected the standard shipping option, but the moment I received the gift after waiting for a decent amount of time, it definitely didn't meet my expectations for sure honestly speaking, like the cable provided so I can use it to light up the gift, looks like it's a second-hand one like it's been used already so you definitely can tell that it's not new. This will be the last time I ordering from Rosebuds because the quality of the product didn't meet with what I was looking for, so if you're considering in getting something from Rosebuds, I think it's best to think it through first before buying

I ordered two weeks ago. I have been charged and no sign of the product. Tracking emails are either false or useless. Emails and contact now being ignored.

SCAM WEBSITE

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday, paid for the expedited delivery to have it delivered in 3-4 days, I have not received my product, no customer service, no reply to my many email requesting informations or refund of my order. This is a scam website. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Scam website - DO NOT PURCHASE

Immediate red flag after puchase - no confirmation email arrived. When I went back onto the site to "track my order" the system did not recognise my email address.
Absolute fraudulent outfit.
I am now pursuing this with my bank to reverse the visa charge.

Ordered two vases with different names…

Ordered two vases with different names for loves one gifts and ordered the larger sizes. They arrived late and then realised one was completely wrong as it was a duplicate of other. Requested are purchase to be amended and then chased 5 weeks later only for the smaller size to be delivered which was not paid for. Even though the error is on with them if you request a refund they expect you to pay postage and send it back Paris. Do not use this group as it is very disappointing throughout. You also get an international payment fee as well even though listed as Rosefeels Australia !!!

Took way too long and poor quality

Ordered a Mothers Day Gift on May 5th. Paid extra for expedited shipping which was supposed to take 3-4 business days including processing and handling. The gift arrived on May 30th. It actually took 2 weeks to deliver from the day it shipped out. I also think the product is of poor quality for the amount of money I paid for it. Vase is very light and feels cheap. Personalizations seem like stickers that will come off as soon as it gets wet.

Awful Experience

I ordered an item for my wedding anniversary. It said delivery would be in 3-5 working days... 6 weeks later they finally tell me it has been shipped, even after I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Then they had the cheek to offer a refund of less than 20% or the price. Avoid at all costs!

Thought it was a scam, but wasn't

After paying for urgent delivery 3-4 working days, and selecting vip package etc. it had been 2 weeks, tracking number wouldnt work so i came to reviews to find the worst that its most likely a scam, 2 days later the necklace arrives in my mail box and it was everything i expected and more. Good product, poor delivery standards

Gold Personalised necklace

Ordered a necklace before checking reviews then was worried it wasn't going to come or be poor quality. Item has arrived and is lovely! Item did take a long time to come so order well in advance if getting anything from here. My experience overall though can't complain!

Absolutely terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a jumper and the wrong size was delivered. Had to pay $45 to post it back to them before they’d refund me and the package was returned to sender because they never picked it up from customs. They refuse to refund the postage fee even though the entire exercise was a waste of my time and money. Customer service is horrendous. Do not recommend.

Do not engage this company

This site is a scam. Take your money, do not deliver, and then give you $10 back based on cancellation policy. They are waiting for you to question delivery of item as an excuse to close down the purchase and refund $10 on a $100 dollar purchase.

Information trompeuse du site quant à la date de livraison de la commande. Le site est situé en Chine. il sera impossible de se faire livrer en quelques jours en Europe. Il y a un délai de traitement de plusieurs jours incompressible (qui n'est pas indiqué) et l'expedition après. Ils continuaient à prendre des commandes pour la saint Valentin la semaine passée alors que techniquement il était impossible d'être livré à temps.
