Ordered a Winnie the Phoo 100th Annivrsary Goblet. It was advertised in New Zealand dollars but got charged US dollars BIG difference. Took months and many emails to
finally arrive. Nothing like item advertised, a cheep wine glass with a crap sticker on it. Even the dates are wrong.
Absolute rip off merchants.. Don't EVER buy from these people

I ordered 2 1:12 scale "Top Gun" figures. (Maverick & Goose) The photo`s made them look so realistic & true to the actual charatcers. A really good price too at £25 each. It all cost (With Shipping £66) That was a week ago. I keep viewing the tracking and it`s still in transit (Which I expected coming from America ect..), but today I`ve had an email, I`ve been given a full refund? (I have checked and the money indeed has been paid back to me, but no explanation why and Tracking still says its in transit? Annoyed and confused?

Took over 3 months to deliver my item and I am appalled with the quality of it not as advertised stickers on pens is all I received

I ordered two of the anniversary Lord of The Rings fountain pens. What I received were ink pens. Not even close to fountain pens! They have an image of Bilbo's front door, but are not what I ordered! I will not recommend or endorse this company for anything!

I ordered a support toy David Bowie. It looked great in the photos. It was a gift for a friend of mine who has profound Mental Health issues. I ordered it 6 months ago. Aside from an email fobbing me off I’ve heard nothing.

I would advise everyone not to order anything from there! You won't receive the goods you ordered!!! Even after several inquiries about the missing delivery, nothing happens. All you get is a meaningless email back. Stay away from this shady website.

Do not buy from this seller! Transaction was sketchy all the way to parcel tracking! Never received my orders! I asked for refund no reply! SCAMMER!

Had to persue the company as it took from sept to now to deliver.
Bought the broncos advent calendar and it’s cheap rubbish! Small cheap poor quality cardboard cutouts that you could print yourself. Very overpriced for what was provided.

I keep send emails to the support address they gave in every page and its an automatic same replay giving new shipping track number but its unrecognised.
Its a total fraud/scam theres no customer service what so ever.
Imagine how many people lost their money like me.

I ordered a Canterbury bulldogs 2025 advent calendar 23 Sept 2025 and received the incorrect item, Seahawks advent calendar on 28 October 2025. Flagged immediately and advised the warehouse dispatched the correct item and offered a $4 USD compensation. The original item was $43USD (in hindsite a rip off) Still back and a forth with the customer service department. This site is a scam. Do not purchase.

I ordered the Caitlin clark advent calendar going on 2 months now,Never got delivered to me then they contacted me and another one sent out to me well low and behold I got a delivery and it was NOT what I ordered I received a PADRES 55th Anniversary advent calendar. Then I just want my Caitlin clark advent calendar they wrote back what if we gave you $4.00 absolutely not i paid over $70.00 dollars, So anyone ordered from this company DON'T DON'T DON'T.

I ordered 2 x Ozzy Osbourne Commemorative Pens. I received 2 ordinary pens, not even useable... When I contacted them, they said that their warehouse has shipped what I ordered, while it is obvious that they didn't. They wanted to give me a 2 dollar discount, then 4 dollars and they offered me up to 18 dollars... seriously. I just want to receive what I paid for.

They kept on saying that they shipped the correct pens... I demanded to either get my money back or for them to replace the pens.... After 16 e-mails or so, they said they could give me a full refund, but then I needed to send the pens I received back to China and the shipping costs were on my account. So far for the full refund. I didn't agree to this, as I will not pay for their mistake.

This is a scamming company in my view. Customer service is non-existent, as even with the proof of what I ordered and what I received, they insisted I received the correct item, while obviously I didn't.

They never offered to resend the correct Ozzy Osbourne commemorative pen, therefor I am convinced, they don't even have it and are just a scamming company. DON'T ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS. YOU ARE WARNED!

I ordered a support teddy dinosaur. I ordered this the end of July and I have sent 12 emails and they just replied saying be patient. I have received nothing and it is now 26th September and still nothing. Scam avoid

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to my ordering something. Too late, this company if its a company at all sucks, the order went was far as Houston before it disappeared, then I sent a email, they responded with sorry we will get it out again but no tracking number or carrier, 4 weeks and still nothing I have sent them responses to which they keep responding its on its way, but when I ask for a tracking number they skirt around it saying thank u for ur patience. I know I'll never see my product, its just satisfying to know im taking their time away from others.

I ordered (Foolishly) 2 of the Toothless Whiskey bottles on June 29th, 2025. It is now August 28th and I've received nothing. At first I got a lot of shipping updates, but then silence. I've written to them and nothing. They are a complete rip off! Now I see the same whiskey bottles offered somewhere else. Probably the same company under a different name. COMPLETE RIP OFF!

Misleading advertising of an item, what I recieved wasn't even close to what was advertised. The Complaints department offered $2 as compensation but on a $60 item that's complete bs. Raising z complaint with the US trading standards people also. They need to be shut down
