Appalling!! Saw this company through Facebook and stupidly did not google first. Like everyone else, not received after four weeks so I have done a PayPal claim to try and get my money back. What I’ve also noticed is that, once they know you bought and said so on their FB page, they then will block you from commenting so you cannot warm other potential customers. I have private messaged a few of them to stop them from being scanned like I have.

This company should definitely not be allowed to advertise on Facebook.
I usually read reviews before ordering from the internet, but unfortunately didn’t on this occasion. Lesson learnt! The fast delivery took 3 weeks to arrive. The quality is absolute SHOD!
Nothing like the images advertised. Been trying to get a return label for over a week! No answer as yet!! Why, oh why didn’t I read the reviews??

I ordered a top off an advert on Facebook like others on here didn't research them first. Big mistake. Their express delivery was nearly 2weeks and the enails from Maggie were bad English and kept saying wait with patient. I received the order which is tiny size not as advertised and terrible cheap material. They state you have to pay return postage but won't give a code. Absolute rip off merchants need trading standards to shut them down. Update. They refuse returns saying item will be lost and suggest I give item to friend or family. Seriously how do they get away with this. PayPal dispute coming up

Normally read reviews. Oh how I wish I had! Shocked to say the least when I finally received my items. Well one of them! I wouldn’t use it as a dish cloth! Extremely poor quality unfinished odd shape /size i could go on! I have emailed as like others unaware this was not a company in uk and want to return and have a full refund! Had no response so far. I have also added I don’t want the undelivered item and request a refund for that too. Don’t think from reading reviews that there will be any chance of a refund.

I was stupid enough not to look for reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered 3 items - 2 have been delivered so far. One item is just about acceptable but the other one is not fit to send to the rubbish tip!! The quality of the long-sleeved ladies shirt is appalling, rough thin and unhemmed. I have never seen anything so bad.

No stitching across the hem. The quality of the material is awful and the fit is nothing short of disgusting.

I would give it minus ten stars if I could. I should have known better than to order from this company, but the U.K tag fooled me.
I received my long top after three weeks and the quality is awful. It reeks of plastic chemicals. It has no labels and is definitely not cotton as described, so contravening the trades description act we have in the U.K. It's is obviously pointless sending it back as other people have experienced. So I am writing this instead. The best that can happen is that they will go out of business. But beware, other companies will take their place or they will just change their name.

I was going to order a coat but my credit card could not be, for whatever reason be process. There is no phone number the email address does not exist so you are unable to speak to anyone, very por customer service3

If I could give zero stars I would. I want to return an item and still I am waiting to receive an address to do so. Endless emails asking for photos, suggesting I give to a friend instead, offering 10% refund. HOPELESS!! This company is a sham!!

Rubbish quality. Completely different from image on website. Useless customer service. Not contactable. A peice of clothing I will only use as a duster.

DO NOT buy from this company. The tops that arrived after a month look absolutely nothing like the photos. They are only fit for the bin. Totally disgusting. No point sending back as it will.cost too much. Learnt from my mistake.

I ordered 2 tops, admittedly relatively cheap and paid £5 for delivery. They took 10 days to arrive and came this morning. When I opened the packages the tops, apart from the pattern, don't resemble the actual items shown on the website. They are cheap and badly made. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I just so happy I didn't spend a fortune! Going by previous reviews it is pointless trying to return them so I will keep them and use them for when I do the housework or perhaps decorating (that's how bad they are) and if I happen to spill anything on them I think it would only enhance the look! They are absolutely dreadful, I don't even think street markets would have the cheek to sell them! The one star was so I could write this review. They company needs to be shut down.

Poor quality clothes - cheap feeling materials finished badly not sure they will last one wash - they make Primark look high end fashion.
Long delivery wait - 2-3 weeks.
Now struggling to return goods that didn't fit - being met with all sort of e mails asking me to send photos of goods to show to their returns dept ??
I think I'll just have to chalk it up to experience and take a loss but a good lesson learnt - check reviews first.

My wife order a beautiful top and dress from this company. Revive the top this morning after nearly 3 months. All I can say is I could have made this myself. She will need to wear another top under it as it's completely see through. Plus it's the wrong size. From what I have read I will have a hard time getting my money back. :(

Wish I had had the common sense to read reviews before purchasing from them ...rubbish quality item...awful fit ..they don't accept returns or refund you....just don't buy from them..

Why is this website still allowed to function items of poor guality stitching not finished off materials vary cheap shoddy wished i had read reviews before ordering .will not bother again to order anything on line finished .

What a terrible company. I ordered two items which did not fit and were very poor quality . When I requested return info I was told the cost would be too high to return them and why don’t I give them to a family member or friend. I would strongly recommend not buying from this company. Only gave them one star because it allowed me to write this review. You have been warned.

As others have said, DO NOT use this company. They have scammed my wife for £100.
