There was no updates about shipping this company is a scam and I wasted my money. They are fake just take ur money. I ordered ac that don't use too much electricity. I am so mad

If there was a zero star rating I would have assigned it for this company. I believe it is borderline fraudulent to say the least.
I ordered brass cleaner/polish over Shop from Rosenoot. I received the two 3.3 oz bottles for the introductory price advertised. I used it immediately. The product is nothing but SOAPY WATER which did nothing to any of the brass items I used. I was disappointed but swallowed the expense and kept the items as it was such a hassle to return. Soon after I got notification from Shop that my second set of polish bottles are shipped !! To my amazement I found out the Rosenoot Co. put me on a WEEKLY delivery of two bottles of (3.3 oz) brass polish indefinitely !! I ask who in his/her right mind would purchase $44.69 worth of brass cleaner EVERY WEEK ? Obviously there was a fine print condition that if I buy the introductory offer I would be receiving two bottles EVERY WEEK and my card would be charged !!! This is fraudulent to say the least.
I immediately contacted them by email and asked to stop all shipments and refund the next two time $44.69 charges on my card. The company gave me three options all of which included continuing the weekly subscription which I did not authorize or was fraudulently set to do so after the introductory purchase !!! Needless to say I asked them to give me return authorization and return label so I can return what is shipped for refund. NO ANSWER so far !

They are set on giving me run about I suspect. DO NOT BUY ANY ITEM FROM ROSENOOT. ONCE THEY GET YOU IN THEIR SYSTEM YOU ARE ALMOST THEIR PRISONER. They told me to go into their web site and find my account to make changes, yet I do not even show up as having an account on their site. So go figure ???

I am escalating this with my bank as dispute. I am hoping for a resolution from them 🥺

I ordered an air-conditioning machine. It was actually delivered but in pieces smashed to pieces. Now I tried to contact the company to send it back or get a refund or replacement and there’s no way getting hold of them on their stated Rosenoot customer service email. The address does not exist anymore unfortunately.

I’ve never been so disgusted at what I recieved in the post today. It was suppose to be a machine that displays relaxing shadows on the wall and ceiling. $59.00 for a round piece of plastic with a plastic top that can’t even display on the ceiling. I will be asking for a refund but I doubt that will be possible. Never buy from that company

I wouldn’t even give it a one star. They stink! False advertising, then wouldn’t take back there product. Whatever you do DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I have not received my order which was ordered on 07/16/26. I traced the order and it was claimed to be delivered today,07/29/26. NOT TRUE. Unable to reach customer service and I believe this company is a scam. I will further investigate this matter and I will certainly not order from this company again and pass the word.

I purchased a bundle of Zepyoco lipliners. They sent me a completely different brand that does not meet any of the specs of the products advertised. They also don’t have a place for reviews. I have written for a refund but suspect this will be met with resistance. I will update this review when I hear back from them in this regard
