We had a great experience with Rosewood when arranging a Level 3 survey for a property we were considering buying. They were professional, helpful and really easy to deal with from start to finish. The survey was thorough and gave us a clear understanding of the property and any potential issues. Would happily recommend Rosewood to anyone needing a survey.

If you are Seller , my advice would be to challenge the report this company does . Their USP seems to be to write reports that buyers can use to renegotiate the agreed price . We challenged their findings and they backed down on most of them .

I instructed rosewood to complete my level 2 survey, the communication was top notch throughout. The appointment was made for the survey the day after I first contacted them for 10 days later (6th May). By 11 am on the 7th May I had the full report through already! I can’t recommend these surveyors enough. I will definitely use them in future.

Brilliant service. Booked a L3 survey due to being non standard construction, very in depth, which gave me some things to think about and areas of concern I need to remedy.

Also, they were cheaper for a L3 compared to some other companies offering a basic survey.

I would recommend. I had a Level 3 survey on the house I am buying. The report was sent to me after only 3 days. It was detailed and ok to read. Also included an estimated price of necessary repairs, which is useful to have (although, bare in mind it's just estimates, often conservative, and you'll need to seek quotes from contractors). Clear communications since the beginning and one of the most convenient prices for the survey.

Only minor thing to improve: I would colour code in red and amber also the Summary of repairs (and cost guidance) table

Super quick to survey from instruction, report is very clear and easy to understand. Fab service! The level 3 report results allowed us to renegotiate the purchase price and saved us a lot of money! Thank you, would recommend.

Responsive, professional and timely.

The report was very thorough with a break down of findings in easy to understand English along with photographic evidence. I then spoke with our surveyor James Charman who went through the findings & helped my wife & I with peace of mind that the property was indeed & good proposition for our next home which we are excited about. Excellent service & communication throughout.

I had used a compare search tool and rosewood gave me the cheapest quote but with a 5* service. Matt completed my survey this was very detailed and images to look at areas of focus from the report. The team were really responsive and I asked for a call to discuss the survey that Matt completed friendly gentleman and great support during our call if you need a survey I would highly recommended rosewood and Matt to complete this for your home 🏡

Ordered level 2 survey online. Received a text confirming the survey had been carried out on the day with the report received a few days later. The report was full of photos and whilst it had the usual legal caveat wording, the report also contained a lot of very useful information covering the entire house. I would recommend.
