Think twice before ordering - Still waiting on only a partial refund!
AVOID!!
I ordered two dresses and was very disappointed with both the quality and the fit. The dresses looked nothing like I expected, and arrived without tags attached.
The biggest issue has been customer service. I requested a refund in early June and was repeatedly told it was being processed, yet weeks later I was still waiting. Communication was poor, with constant delays and excuses. I eventually agreed to accept only a 70% refund just to bring the matter to an end, but even then the refund was delayed further due to what the company described as "payment processing issues."
Overall, this has been a frustrating and stressful experience. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect a quick or straightforward resolution. I won't be purchasing from Rosie Lane again.
