I have been sucked in by Rosie and Lily. Bought 2 dresses. The delivery was shocking. The dresses were poor quality, stitching apauling, material bad quality, sizeing incorrect and not true to description. I though this was a London based company but returns have to be sent to China. On package return address Edward unit 5 Trident Way, International trading estate Southall London UB2 5LF. I also ordered some riding boots design from Montford&co. They were not true to size, 6/39. But I couldn't get them on. More like a 4.5/5.
Same returns address on package.
What a SCAM. who is this Edward. He has really spoilt my day, and I gave nothing to wear to the 1 party I needed to feel great. Think I will stay in now Ive been ripped off. Trading standards please do something about this.

I can’t believe I’ve been caught AGAIN by a website that appears to be a small local business as their blurb states which is simply a cover for a sweatshop in China clearly. Item arrived with the most pungent smell it made me feel sick to even try the item on. They are offering g me 10% refund to keep even though their returns policy clearly states full refund within 30 days so trading standards will need to get involved I feel as they are conning people by false advertising. Total waste of time. Don’t even bother. It has hassle written all over it.

My wife fell for this scam. She wish she had read the independent reviews (the reviews on the sales site are positive). Dress described as a "soft mid-weight fabric that balances comfort and warmth". In actual fact, a cheap, synthetic fabric, poorly stitched, no washing or fabric labels. The dress was seamed below the bust, not as shown in the sales photo. Colours not as rich. Shipped from China. Took several weeks to arrive. Website shows a picture of shop. Where is it? Dress was advertised as a price reduction from £70 three weeks ago, now adverstised at the same sale price, but redued from £175. The dress name has changed from "Esme vintage dress", now called "Ivy vintage dress" - same picture. The dress in the picture is likely not to be of the same fabric as delivered, although the pattern is the same. Angry to have fallen for this scam. My wife thought she was buying a good quality Autumnal style dress - not the case.

Furthermore, there are scam Trustpilot reviews on the sales site (rosieandlily.uk).

Do not buy from here. Quality is shocking. Website is misleading. Returns have to go back to China at customers cost.

Wrong size, terrible material and badly finished. They also 'rebranded' during my transaction from Daisy & Lilly (who were also lifelong friends too). I suspect it's so they can avoid trading standards and unhappy customers.

I brought from Lily& Daisy London.
Dresses were appalling. I thought it was a UK company but it’s not it’s Chinese.
Asked to return items but it was made very difficult. I was offered a partial refund. This came from Rosie and Lily UK.
Not sure if due to all of the complaints that they are changing their name. Be VERY careful. The items were definitely nothing like the picture SCAM
