Brakes pads fitted incorrectly.

I took my X250 in for a service and new front discs and pads. I could hear a scraping noise all the way home. I removed the front wheels and found that one pad had been fitted incorrectly. I sorted it myself.
I then emailed Rossetts and never got a reply. I also gave them a one star review on their own customer survey but I haven't heard from them. I assume they don't care.

Rosetts nightmare garage Aldershot

One word ,Nightmare , rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, they accuse you for the problem so they can charge you even if you have warranty….Avoid at any cost …….
I never ever dealt or came across this type of service. My story is this . I brought a Mercedes Van from another dealer nearly 4 months ago with 2 more years warranty on it so if any problems in the future they would sort it out. But after 2 months later the engine light popped up ,l called them straight away ,they said , l can take the van to them to sort it out or if it’s too far for me,l can take the van to the nearest Mercedes main dealer, and l shouldn’t be charged any money because it’s under the warranty. Any way l called and booked,they said issue was caused by me and no warranty so l have to pay, when l tried to explain that l have a warranty and the l haven’t done to anything to the van,they started yelling and barking at me and accusing me it’s my fault and telling me ,l have to pay otherwise l can’t take my van. Anyway l paid reluctantly then after 2 months ,van engine light came on again then l called the Mercedes dealer where l brought the van from and explained what they were saying about the van issue last time and l don’t want to go back to same place to get accused and abused again and l want my van to be sorted out asap . They gave me numbers of another main dealer closer to me . I called them and they sorted it out under the warranty ,yes it was 1 hour drive from Aldershot but it was worth it . This Rosetts is only using and abusing the name of the Mercedes
What a nightmare .

You deserve minus stars ; 1 star is too many for you!
THIS IS THE VERY WORST COMPANY WE HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ! ,, THEY HAVE TOO MUCH ATTITUDE AND TALK TO YOU LIKE YOU’RE AN INCONVENIENCE INSTEAD OF A CUSTOMER AND CHARGE FOR THINGS INCORRECTLY AND WARRANTY IS NON EXISTENT!!!
I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Know ROSETTES you ONLY ARE IN BUSINESS because of your customers and how you treat your customers will EITHER MAKE OR BREAK YOU !!!!
SO AS IT STANDS IF YOU KEEP , THIS BAD SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDES UP , YOU WONT BE AROUND MUCH LONGER !

Damaged our HGV Horsebox on collection…

Damaged our HGV Horsebox on collection for a warranty issue. Chased the Service Manager Tom Williams many times whom never phoned back despite many calls. E mailed them pictures of the damage. The damaged was noted on arrival back at our premises. Their driver just shrugged their shoulders. Awful service. Awful attitude. Don’t recommend. Been left with thousands of pounds of damage for a warranty issue.

SRS light

I have previously been to Rossetts for a airbag recall and the service and experience was fantastic. This time I had a issue with SRS light illuminated so I firstly tried elsewhere due to work commitments, but with nothing but promises and poor communication. I then took the day off and headed to Rossetts, unbelievable they took my Sprinter in that very day and was ready to collect by end of the day. Not only a fantastic service, but the staff especially the young lady who dealt with this were so polite and friendly, I very highly recommend Rossetts to anyone...

Took my van to Rossetts Commercial in…

Took my van to Rossetts Commercial in Eastbourne, terrible customer service and very rude, felt they were touting for work failing my van my on the stupidest reasons like a small solar panel in front window, could of removed it as was only only Velcro, when mentioned the customer service was was rude and uncaring so won’t be using or reccomending this company to anyone, main dealer not always best as it becomes all about the money and then they don’t care about the customer, sad how this firm has become so bad
