Most van hibás Rottner kulcs tárolónk…

Zero customer support !!!
In 20 December 2025 I wrote them an email explaining a potential issue with a new order. As well since it was a company purchase I was expecting an invoice . Unfortunately they didnt answer my email and I never got an invoice so my accountant is not happy ! They don't answer phone during working hours and never got a reply to the email I sent .

In December, we were transitioning to a new internal system, and unfortunately some customer emails and requests — including invoice inquiries — were not properly received or processed. This is not the level of service we aim to provide.
We fully understand how important timely communication and correct invoicing are, especially for company purchases, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused to you and your accountant. The issues with our email handling and phone availability have since been resolved, and our customer support processes have been improved to prevent this from happening again.

The product is very good
The product is very good, the installment is easy, the guide is easy-to-understand.
However through the online ordering process I received zero email or any sign that my order was successfull. The first sign that Im gonna have the product when I received an email from GLS. Hope it can be fixed in the future.

The product is perfect
The product is perfect, but the delivery was outrageous. It came later, than advertised, and they left it infront of the house, because we were not at home... There was no notice before delivery.
