Has anyone managed to self-exclude? I write several times a day and for several months my request self-exclusion. Even support does not answer me. It's now been 8 weeks since I contacted support to ask to self exclude my account

I have emailed both support and daniel numerous times over the past 8 weeks with no response. I speak to chat every day and they just say email daniel.... which I have so many times.

I have concerns about there banking too, they claim on their site 'Payment are processed by Rougecasino LTD'
I have not had this show on my bank once

My account is STILL open 8 weeks later

I have been able to make some deposits still which I believe I am entitled to be refunded as I expressed I wanted to self excluded and they haven't done so.

This is an update on my earlier review from yesterday. As a verified customer support was and is terrible, however I did receive my withdrawal via sepa, it took 24 hours but I reseaved it all the same, I would have given 4 stars if it wasn't for the lack of support.

However I made another Sepa withdrawal yesterday, still waiting, let's see what happens today!

Verified account, made Sepa withdrawal, which usually arrives in minutes through other sites, 18 hours later still not arrived, contacted support in their messaging system to see why it's taking so long, told it's pending and could take up to 21 days, while they factory check,fact check what exactly.

I put a sad face saying service was crap and now support messaging has disappeared from my screen, tried to call the number on the site, the number is not valid?

Tried to email support on the site, message wasn't sent. Went to resend now the support section does not appear on the site.

So sent an email direct from my email account, things aren't looking hopefull, probably lost the lot, it's an absolute disgrace that these casinos are still allowed to take deposits, instantly which I might add, yet the customer took that as good faith, yet when it comes to a withdrawal it's not going to happen EVER!!!!!

Waiting almost a month for 450 payout. No help and no communication. Has anyone actually been paid their winnings. I have played on sister sites with no issues.

Weird withdrawal process, live chat do not help one bit and still waiting for a supposed ‘email’ update from then that I’m yet to receive. Seems they’ll do just about anything to make sure you don’t get your money!

Update- 12th November and apparently still pending and now on working day number 29. If someone sees this that can escalate, please let me know.
