We have recently moved over to round monster from another window cleaning CRM. The transition was absolutely seamless. The support given is second to none. Round monster itself is head and shoulders above anything offered on the market today. Due to the support and service given we have decided to move all our business on to the monster platform.
The window cleaning industry has been in desperate need of an innovator to come along and bring a software system to the market that can cover everything from quoting, onboarding customers, vehicle management, excellent route planning that actually works and combine it into one package, well here it is thanks to Jon, he takes all feedback and has constantly improved RM, we have now fully switched over and are looking forward to working with RM for years to come!

Recently moved over to round monster, it's what this industry has needed. So many bad crm for running window cleaning rounds but this is the best. Highly recommend it to small and large buisness alike.
For us it is the best crm available, constantly improving also, not inly is it easy for workers it is an excellent business management tool.

This app has all the potential for being the best window cleaning app on the market. I've been really impressed with Jon, the brains behind it. Very humble guy and extremely hard worker. He is constantly updating the app to give us window cleaners what we actually need and not what programmers think we need. In less than 6 months, this will make the other apps look like an a4 diary!! Jump on to round monster now. Also the additional quote monster is going to revolutionise how we bring customers onto the round! Amazing apps, well done guys!!
