The clothes are not the material advertised and are very poor quality, I asked for a refund and was deflected constantly with offers of money off but I insisted they send me a return form. I sent back the items weeks ago at my cost (not cheap) and now they don’t answer my emails!

Complete scam, do not entertain this company or buy anything from them! They are China based! Extremely poor quality clothing, no labels, description of quality/fabric/design not as described, just shocking! They only offer a full refund if you return your order to their China warehouse but by the time you have paid that from the UK, it would not be worth it! Accepted 30% refund, it’s something! AVOID LIKE THE PLAQUE!! Robbing, scheming low life of a company. Hope they get shutdown.

Shocking quality and they don’t give a refund despite their policy saying so. Avoid buying anything from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM ROVA LONDON. Terrible quality, no fabric labels. Tried to return the item within the 2 weeks as per their terms but they would not give me a return address (which they said was in China). Eventually sent me a 30% refund.

Terrible clothes. Poor quality Chinese imports that take forever to arrive. Are an awful fit and with a returns process that aims to refund 20% maximum and will not even give details of how to physically send a refund. Don’t waste your money. Order from anywhere else!

Very poor quality 2 piece shorts set - numerous emails- company will only offer 30% refund stating better than cost of shipping back insured with track & trace to China - Not a happy customer - item not as depicted in photo !!!

Please DON’T buy anything from this company!!!!! It is a SCAM!!!!It is not a London company, it’s China. If the goods actually arrive as you have read from other reviews they are nothing like photos and not fit for purpose! To leave reviews you have to press minimum 1 star, would be helpful if you could rate them zero.

Should be 0 stars. Absolutely dreadful company. Goods took weeks to arrive, looked nothing like the pictures, patterns and colours completely different, material is awful and doesn’t look safe to wear. Company say returns are at your cost including any customs etc, however, my argument back to them is that it should not apply when faulty / misrepresentation. After several emails, they offered 40% refund, I said I’d accept 70% minimum. They’ve ignored me and refunded at only 40%. They have effectively stolen £62 as far as I am concerned. Clearly used AI to improve images and using London and inflated “was” prices to fool you. I am furious with myself for not doing more research as all these reviews say the same as me. Lesson learnt!

Absolute con! They are based in China (not London) and will ship you cheap products that look nothing like the advertised version! Sizes are all over the show and they will not accept returns! Instead they’ll threaten you with huge tax and shipping costs and then offer you 10% discount to keep! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Ordered a co-ord set after seeing them on social media, what arrived was NOT the same! After lots of emails back a forth between them amd myself I settled with a 30% refund which I had to follow up. The whole ordeal took 30 days! They are complete con artists. Lesson learned.

I wish I had checked the reviews before purchasing. Clothes online looked beautiful, but as others have stipulated; they arrive after a very long time, are awful quality and look nothing like the image on the website. I have received responses to return items but they have wanted to refund me a very small percentage of the items costs to convince me to keep the items. When I have pushed back they have told me that returns are to china so it will likely cost the price of the item to return this. I’m still going to do it out of principle.

Ordered after seeing advert in Instagram. Delivery took over 3 weeks and was parcel was left on my drive. Goods not suitable and quality terrible. I have emailed 4 times to request a return label and refund. No response and going to donate to charity. DO NOT BUY

This company seems to have closed ordered from Instagram a 2 piece short set and what turned up would go straight into the bin. It’s Chinese rubbish so a total scam company. Do not buy anything from them. Email is not a valid one. You will just lose your money and feel angry. It’s a lesson not to buy online from sites you don’t know. They make it look like they’re British but they definately are not. Lesson learnt!

Terrible quality, weeks to arrive, garments not as photographed and illegal for sale in the UK as no fabric composition so not a clue if they are fire safe or any allergies. Never mind how to wash if you do decide to wear them. Repeatedly refusing to honour the advertised 14 day full money back guarantee.

I have asked to return item 4 times and get no where. Quality is terrible!

Rova London (Halden Wolfe) is a complete scam ! They advertise premium clothes and when it finally arrives the quality is appalling , sizing a joke , cheap synthetic material. It clearly states you can get a full refund but that proves impossible, eventually offering 30% back . Complete con artists !

Fraudsters using the London name to attract customers. They advertise beautiful looking clothes but as others have said the material is synthetic & cheap. Clothes are sent in huge sizes that wouldn’t fit a man let alone a woman! A refund is impossible. Best NEVER to order in the 1st instance.

I ordered off this site via instagram mistakenly thinking it was a UK based company due to the name when it was actually china. The products arrived, I ordered 2 items in medium, they sent one in L and they were oversized (not as modelled) and very poor quality. I tried to return and the cost was so high to send back to china I had to agree to only a 30% refund so I am out of pocket and left with two items I will never wear and will have to give to charity - dreadful company

This is a scam! Do not buy anything from this company. They present a uk website and nice clothes. Reality is clothes are nothing like the pictures. Absolutely awful fabric and look. They pretend to be helpful but won’t let you return they suggest 10% 20% then 30% refund so effectively stealing your money. They the. Say you have to return first to China. Please please do not be fulled. They have been reported.

Product arrived after 3 weeks, it was awful and there is no way to return it. They offer 10% refund. I managed to get 30% by pushing hard but that's a fraction of the cost. I'm SO annoyed - mostly with myself for being so stupid and secondly that people like this are allowed to exist!
