I wish I'd read the reviews BEFORE ordering. It's a fake website and not what it appears to be from the promo's, photos or whatever advertising. It's a Chinese company trying to look American, selling cheap, ill-fitting clothes. It took over 3 weeks for my order to arrive and I can't tell you the dismay and disappointment I felt when opening the package. There's no return or refund either. I was fooled into buying from them. Quality? What quality or value?

There sizing chart is wrong and they refuse to make it right. Do not buy it from this company. 

Bought overpriced dress that looked nothing like the picture. Have emailed 9 times trying to get an address to return it and they still won’t send it. Total scam!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! I wish I can give them 0 stars. I ordered a dress for a wedding in March because it said that it was going to get delivered on time, but it never showed up. It is now October and I still have not received the address. I have tried reaching out via email multiple times and have not gotten any responses.

Horrible experience! Delivery took forever and the strap broke off when I tried it on. I emailed 3 times within their “7-Day Return Policy” and was completely ghosted. I can’t get a response so I’m hoping giving this review will keep everyone from ordering!!!

I ordered two dresses and they were sewn completely wrong. The boob part was so close to your neck and there way no way to pull it down. It was very poor quality, I could have sewn something better myself.

Avoid at all cost. Terrible quality; awful fit; no service; non communication for returns; you will throw your money away.

Terrible won’t give me a return address , ignoring emails. Reported to FB and shopify, do not buy from them. Delivery took 6 weeks and items poor quality and to big. Total scam

Absolutely horrible quality clothing! And takes forever to get to you - from China! Thought it was a Canadian company - definitely not.

I have gone on their social medias and posted scam- and all deleted. I ordered my dress April 25. paid for express shipping. never arrived. no answer. put in a complaint with PayPal and receive a message from "Yvon" saying here is my tracking number. I look it up- it is not a valid number. SCAM SCAM SCAM. STAY AWAY- SERIOSULY.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I ordered a dress over three weeks ago for a wedding and still haven't received it. I've reached out multiple times via email and social media with no response—they're quick to take your money but won't respond to customer concerns. When I tried to warn others by commenting on their social media, they blocked me immediately.

Please do not give this company your money.

Do not buy from them. I never received my package and emailed them several times with no response. I was able to get a refund through PayPal after I had to dispute the case. Terrible service and company

Am in the middle of trying to get a refund from this obvious scam of a company!! I ordered a skirt and sweater for a trip I was taking. Shipping said 7-10 business days. That meant it would arrive in time. Several days before I was to leave, I saw it STILL hadnt shipped. I emailed them saying to please cancel the order, as it hasn't shipped and most likely would t be here in time. No response. I emailed 4 more times in the last few weeks threatening to refuse the package and demanded a refund. No response!

I finally opened a claim with PayPal. They gave me a different email to use for the company. I emailed that as well.

Just received a weird package in the mail today, return address says "Geathers Fotts, 1207 Laurel Lane, Grapevine TX 76051. I googled it and th address comes back in several complaint threads for different companies with different names instead of Geathers!! TOTAL scam!! I don't know who Rowan is sending their packages to in the US, who then ships it using USPS, but it screams SCAM. if PayPal doesn't do anything, my next step is my credit card company.

Item was ok but not true to size. I’ve been emailing to exchange size or refund and no one will respond. Pretty bad considering the quality was ok and I would order from them again if the customer service was better.

I ordered an item & paid extra to get it earlier that never happened, the item I bought was a different colour that looks horrible & it just looks horrible on, I would like to return & get a full refund including postage & handling cause I paid the extra.

Tracking numbers don’t work, never received. Might as well throw your money in the garbage

My package never made it to my front door, so I requested a replacement. It was denied. Rowan did not stand behind the company they chose to use for delivery and claimed it was not their responsibility. Not the responsibility of an online company to get their merchandise to your door… then what is the point. Rowan had the chance to replace the items and make the customer happy, but chose not to do it. Zero customer service for a package that was probably insured anyway. So… purchases are at your risk… Rowan is not concerned if it arrives to you.

This is a dodgy company. I received poor quality clothing - nothing at all like the images. I have since returned the clothing at my expense for a refund, but they are no longer returning my emails. Do not buy from them - quality and service is shocking - very disappointed!!!

I ordered 2 dresses...the quality was terrible. Nothing like in the video. I went to the web site to see about returns, the same day they were delivered. The web site say you have to REQUEST permission for return. Luckily I used PayPal. All I want is a full refund and they only want to give me partial. Why? Rip off DO NOT ORDER. AWEFUL....JUST TERRIBLE
