Great experience with Rowan Rose Solicitors. I’d especially like to thank Joseph Froggatt for his help in claiming back money and reducing my debt. He was reassuring, clear, and supportive throughout, which really helped ease my financial worries. I now feel far less scared and much more in control financially. Highly recommend.

Would like to say a massive thank you to joe was brilliant.
I put my claim in with a loan company 16/12/2025. Just been paid for damages, I have to say I was very surprised when joe rang me 10 days ago to say my claim was successful which was something I didn't expect so quickly. Joe was brilliant with me infact sometimes it was hard to get him off the phone (lol). I would like to say a massive thank you to joe and the team.

I would like to thank Awais who was my file handler from Roman Rose. They dealt with a claim against my housing association. They managed to get the housing association to do all the repairs (damp). Without the solicitor's it wouldn't have been sorted so I am glad I went through with the solicitors. They did all the paperwork which went smoothly, he was highly professional, kept me informed with all the proceedings. So a big thank you to Awais for all the help.

Started great with RR contacting me regarding financial claims and being missold loans in the past. They were brilliant to start with keeping me updated and even were successful (after a much longer process than advertised) and I was very happy with the first claim coming to a successful end. That process took roughly 12-14 weeks, my other 4 claims all started at the same time and now 8 weeks on from my first settlement I have had no contact from RR and when I have contacted them on two occasions I was advised the person dealing with my case will get in touch as soon as possible. To which over a week since I last made contact and nothing. I have emailed the company twice and I have also emailed the man dealing with my claims personally twice in the last 10 days. To which I have had no response. So unless he has been in annual leave for the last two working weeks(extremely unfortunate coincidence if so) I don’t see how he hasn’t responded to me. Fed up and looking to take my claims elsewhere.

Affiliated or link to a company called Fast Action Claims. Literally a waste of space, the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Sent me a document to sign 4 times with the incorrect address and now I try and call it goes through to some voice prompted answerphone. DO NOT USE

Mohammed from Rowan Rose has been with us since February 2025 and has been working closely with myself and partner to resolve the Disrepair. He has been nothing but kind, helpful and resourceful and thank you to him because we have finally got what we deserved
