Sadly this firm is horrendous
Sadly this firm is horrendous, a certain individual who was dealing on behalf of the lady who was looking to purchase our house was the most difficult, pompous, self-absorbed person I have ever had to deal with. After he collapsed what was in all honesty a fairly simple process we moved solicitors. Our new solicitors dealt with the issues in days and got the issue resolved. Rowberry’s insisted that we could not sell until this issue was resolved in court which was complete nonsense, this advice cost us both the loss of sale and a 3k bill to Rowberry’s. I have never dealt with such an incompetent business as Rowberry’s, I was amazed at how quick the new solicitors we chose resolved the issues Rowberry’s advice was impossible and would never happen. That last statement alone is a reason not to touch them with a barge pole. Their lack of knowledge and incompetence cost me 3k and no sales. Back to school for them.

Do not recommend this company
Do not recommend this company, stay away from them. Slow and ignorant scam organization. Can you imagine lawyer blocks your number so you do not call and chase her up? Constantly lying about doing things, but when you actually request proof of when things have been done, they can not provide proof and admit that they haven't..... in meantime weeks pass. you email to solicitor and you get a reply within a week, just asking for the same questions... like doing deliberately..... totally inefficient, and unprofessional service from solicitors. not picking up my phone calls for a week, and suddenly trying to call them from different number and get an instant answer was my last straw....and i gave up.... will be following it up further through legal complaints through other solicitor....
