We booked an end of tenancy clean, the booking and payment process was very easy and we were able to get a date and time that suited us. The cleaners were on time and very efficient and polite. We were amazed at how clean our kitchen and bathroom were once they had finished. They were actually sparkling. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Royal cleaners.

Absolutely horrible service. A member of the 2 person team was extremely rude and obnoxious. I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave the property. This person chased me several times for payment before I event left my property and argued with my landlord. Stay far away!

Customer service goes a long way!

Dobby and her colleague were amazing and very professional. They used a key safe to enter the property and there were no issues with this. The quality of the professional clean was incredible and we were very impressed with the results. Thank you for your hard work!

Excellent workers who worked tirelessly & efficiently and took no breaks, even for tea/coffee (Despite my offers).
They seemed to take pride in their work and even did extra, and on completion insisted that I checked everything to ensure that I was satisfied with their work.
Certainly I would recommend them to my friends.

A massive scam. My honest experience below:

I booked Royal Cleaning for a post construction clean and am utterly disappointed. I do not recommend using their service for the following reasons:

- They increased their price after quoting for unprofound reasons such as 'too much dust' (It was post construction) and 'too many bedrooms' (The quote was based off the amount of rooms)

- The 'professional' cleaning equipment and apparatus mentioned comprised of: cloths, sprays and a hoover. There was no sign of any industrial cleaning equipment as described

- The cleaners packed up to leave and suggested we confirmed we were satisfied. Lo and behold, they had not cleaned the utility room at all, reason given, 'it's paint and wont come out', with a little water I showed it was easily wiped. Nor did they clean any cupboard shelving above shoulder height.

- The cleaners begrudgingly cleaned these elements upon request. Done with no smile, no professionalism and constant sighs.

- The gentleman on the phoneline was rude, forceful and unsympathetic.

To summarise, save your money, save your time and book someone else.

I’ve never in my life felt so violated, I booked a straightforward job for a clean of my Mattress and sofa. The first red flag was the technician having a problem that I suggest he use the bathroom to fill up the cleaning tools bucket instead of my clean kitchen sink where my babies bottles were placed.

The other issue was the cleaning technician asking me if i had a problem because I simply hung up his jacket over the door , mind you he placed the jacket over my babies items on a chair, so why would I keep it there. Further more in my house I can decide to hang up a guest jacket if I want to. Overall I could sense an attitude and a very confrontational manner. After these two issues I asked him if he can pack up and leave as I didn’t want this kind of behaviour in my home. It was very intimidating being a female alone in the house alone with my child.

He then proceeded to walk through my house when I said I would go and get his things and give them back to him. Another triggering issue I had was him taking a very long time to pack his things and leave after I had asked the first time, I actually had to ask SEVERAL times for him to leave. I even had to call my husband to prompt him to leave. Bear in mind I’m home alone with my baby so I’m completely vulnerable and the fact I’ve had to ask multiple times to leave was completely unacceptable. I actually considered calling the police!

I rang the company and they have apologised however this is simply not good enough so please be cautious .

Do not use this company. For the end of tenancy cleaning service, they'll hit you with triple the cost if you neglect to meticulously review the specifics before they kick off the job. Fortunately for me, I stumbled upon another company that offers the same service at half the cost, with a clear breakdown of expenses provided.

Please stay away from this company for any cleaning jobs. I used them for an end of tenancy cleaning of my 4 bed house and they have does a very bad job. It’s miles far from being called professionally cleaned. I paid for professionally cleaned carpets but they did not get any equipment for that. When I asked the cleaners about it they said we clean with hot water not with steam. When I confronted the company they said they have cleaned with steam cleaners. I have camera footage of them not getting any steam cleaning equipment but they still disputing. The extractor fan was left with all the grease unclean. There was dust on the stair banisters. The floor was left with mop streaks cleaned with dirty water. The sink was left with debris still in it.

I've used this company in the past for oven cleaning. They seem to have done a good job with the oven on this occasion and that's about it. The "end of tenancy" clean was useless. So many things missed. Now me and my tenants are chasing for a resolution. I've emailed and called throughout the entire day and no answer. Yet when I spoke with them yesterday, the matter has been referred to their "customer services team". They advised my tenants they would send someone to finish the job properly and provide a refund.
However they are now not picking up the phone. So I'm left with a dirty house and my tenants have been ripped off. Unnecessary stress for all. Very disappointing.
Do not use this company.

We booked an end of tenancy clean for a 3 bed with carpet included. Unfortunately, walls weren't cleaned, neither were windows, doors or the inside of cupboards in the kitchen, clear visible marks and cobwebs still around. The furniture wasn't moved in any way to clean behind it (found items and dirt wedged behind still). We tried calling but it took 48hours to get through. We sent an email with pictures and were told they'll pass it to 'customer service team' and get back to us. We haven't heard anything back and have 3 people calling throughout the day, without any success. Do not recommend.

The Technicians were in and out within 30 minutes. They seemed to be in a rush and did not have a professional attitude. They left a lot of water on the floor. They did not remove the stains and left holes in my expensive mattress. Customer services do not reply and I have to keep chasing them up. They seem to be avoiding putting in an insurance claim so I doubt there is one in place. It has been 2.5 months and I am still no where near a solution. I will be reporting this company to trading standards next.
