Ordered an item and it was never received! They do not reply to emails, return voicemails or pick up the phone. This website is a scam, avoid!!!

It has been many years since I went…

It has been many years since I went through CTC. Thankfully my brother attended as a visitor to be shown what was available as a bootneck and the recruitment. He was able to attend the shop and acquire a couple of items that I had been looking for for a few years... Staff were very helpful and patient, (as I was texting him from Canada) on what I wanted him to get me... I now have a brochure and have looked at the online store and no doubt will be getting things in the future...

Superb and prompt service

Superb and prompt service, goods always arrive quickly, safe, well packaged and undamaged. On the phone, the service is also superb, friendly and extremely helpful.
This shop is in my top five worldwide for shops I trust and actually enjoy shopping with online.

What great, speedy service!

Once a glitch on the website was sorted the order process was easy and seamless. I received my order at my home in Spain days before I was actually expecting it. Great, speedy service.

Staff have been very helpful and…

Staff have been very helpful and responded quickly to my email about a present I wanted. They were able to sort this for me the same morning and I received it within 3 days. I am pleased with the quality.

Poor quality & overpriced for the product

Product was massively overpriced but I was willing to pay the money as it was Re-Org and I was part of the team. But then the product arrived and the quality isn’t great and it attracts all the other fibres which in turn means that the new black hoodie looks like an old one. Not impressed
