I ordered some great watches from the royal mods but when I tried to return them I was given no information despite getting in touch across three platforms and following the return process on the SHOP app

Absolutely outstanding experience with Royal Mods. They went completely above and beyond to ensure my order arrived in time for me to give the watch to my husband on our wedding day. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine care throughout the entire process were incredible. The watch itself turned out beautifully and made such a meaningful gift for such an important moment in our lives. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about both their craftsmanship and their customers. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

I purchased the watch because I liked the look, but after receiving it I did not like the fit or feel. I tried returning the watch but Royal Mods does not provide return shipping instructions and their customer service number is always busy. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I submitted about the wrong company

The watch I received is beautiful, exceeding my expectations. However, the automatic winding is not working properly: it stopped twice during two weeks period. I wear watch at least 14 hrs a day every day.
I tried contacting RoyalMods - sent them email, requesting warranty service. GOT NO REPLY.

Update: it appears that my watch is no longer stopping and looks like automatic winding works fine. Watch has been running without manual intervention for 10 days now. Also I've got a reply from Royal Mods to my warranty request. So I'm changing my rating to five Stars

First of all when I originally ordered, I used instant delivery, but it then took more than a week to be delivered. Along with this just after 2 months the xbox account ended up getting banned anyway, and it doesnt even make sense because I also originally ordered it for my personal account. If someone at RoyalMods could resolve this issue efficiently and quickly it would be appericiated as of right now I am pretty upset with the service. After all I paid $75 more than the game its self.

My account got banned and i have not heard back from the staff about getting a new account after trying to contact multiple times

It worked great! I picked instant delivery with ban warranty and everything went smooth without issues 10/10 would recommend :)

Had to wait a little bit but other than that I am 100% satisfied! I will 100% recommend this to friends and family

I cannot access my account and they have yet to send me a new one so what I'm going to have to do myself is buy a pc and Modd my own account.

I was going to give a three star but at the end of the day I did get what I ordered except for the instant part. Whether it was a problem on their end or not, it wasn’t instant. It does work and I am grateful. Thank you guys.

Purchased with Instant Delivery and haven’t received product in over 48 hours. Still have hopes as I have been in the Discord Server with admin but nothing yet to be delivered after $15 extra.
