I placed an order on 28th Sept and received an email advising it was on its way the same day. I’ve heard nothing since and sent 3 emails asking for an update on my purchase and had no response whatsoever. Terrible service and cannot get through to anyone.

Easy to choose as been at your little set up in Beaumont leys. The young man sold me some coco channel that I’ve always worn, a new fragrance too. Armani because it’s you!!! I love love love this new fragrance & everyone comments on it. So now I can order online with confidence knowing now what I like. Shame you don’t more physical stores as this perfume is amazing & it’s reasonably priced. V happy

Good product design and the fragrance is superb

My order arrived today which was supposed to be a birthday present for my special daughter-in-law and the box was empty! No perfume in it at all!

I love love love the White Soap reed diffuser. I was bought this as a gift and the fragrance is still going 6 months later.
I wasn’t sure about it at first but I’m a convert everyone absolutely loves it and always ask what the beautiful fragrance is

My son whose name is Troy loved the product. My only disappointment is that the Purfum was not in the nice presentation box that I originally purchased previously

Careful packing and lovely fragrance

The scent is beautiful, delivery was speedy BUT, the scent didn't last on my skin.

Love the perfume always get compliments when i wear it and a great service from the company.

I bought a perfume sample set and spent £40 on it, but the scent disappears within seconds. It’s completely useless and a waste of money.

Well where do i start,im not going to lie,i had never heard of this company untill it came up on the internet when I was searching a perfume, but omg I will be definitely ordering again,been looking for a perfume that smelled like the Hugo boss intense for ages since it got discontinued,god knows why because it was an amazing perfume, havn't found 1 that came close till now,, the perfume i ordered w112 is absolutely about the same it smells amazing, I will definitely be ordering more,I feel like ive found my old perfume, ordering was so easy,wasn't expecting it to arrive for about a week but it came within 2 days,got emails straight after ordering keeping me up to date with my parcel right up untill it was delivered, this is an amazing company I wish I had found it sooner,please dont discontinue this i absolutely love your service & the perfume.

So far I've received a refund for the larger item for £47.00, but not the smaller size at the cost of £17.00
Pleased with the response which was timely, however disappointing that a full refund hasn't been received.

The service is great , smell of the product is great and also packaged well .. very happy customer.

Love love love this perfume and always get so many compliments when I wear it.I first smelt it in a shop in Turkey and bought it and found it on line in uk.

Fast efficient service, authentic fragrances, great value for money

i used the stall in the Potteries Shopping Centre, the guy serving was super helpful and nailed it with the recommendations based on the scent profiles I liked. products were on point and smelled amazing. this is my 3rd visit and will be returning to grab the other scents I liked. can highly recommend their products

The fragrance was so strong that you don’t need a lot of it,The price is well worth the products at a fraction of the high street price
