This is my first time applying for a BOC-3
This is my first time applying for a MC# and one of the things I needed was a BOC-3. Which i knew nothing about. The agent listened to my questions and walked me right thru the process. He said it would be done by the end of the day and it was. Very fast at processing whatever you need filed.
