Scammers. Ordered a garbi suit jacket and unfortunately it did not arrive and they said it was lost by the DPD courier.They “apologised” and said the refund is being processed but it has been over two months. Now there website is gone and I’m not sure if they’ve blocked me instagram or if they’ve deleted thier account.

Premium clothing and service
Bought quite a few products from Royal Eleven, products and packaging are also delivered immaculately. The trainers I’ve bought from them in 2 colours, and I’ve also got various other things such as a couple 2 piece co-ord summer outfits and some snap backs, everything has a premium feel! Highly recommend

My wife ordered me a top for my…
My wife ordered me a top for my birthday which didn’t fit. We returned the garment and was offered a credit note. We requested a refund and told this was fine. It has now been 3 weeks and we are yet to receive the refund. Lots of chasing and promises of returning the money but to no avail.

Don’t order from this company. Quality is poor and the return service is terrible. Over charged to return the goods and over a month later they still haven’t registered the return. Avoid.
