I have been EXTREMELY frustrated w/Roy Timber and needing to continuously follow up w/them about a piece that I ordered more than 2 months ago and I have still not received my item. I continuously need to follow up w/them, particularly w/the shipment of the item as they don’t seem to make sure the item is being sent properly. It has become VERY frustrating as a customer to need to have to deal w/this specially also considering the price of the item. This has still not been resolved to date. Not sure I would recommend Roy Timber.

I wish I had done research before my husband and I spent over $3K on a dining room table, cause I would have never purchased from them. This whole process has been disappointing to say the very least. Response times are subpar and we are going on 7 weeks since we purchased. It wasn’t until we emailed them, a few times, (several weeks from purchase date) about the process update that they promised to do along the way. While they are very kind in their communication, it’s really suspicious at the lack/delay in responses. We have been beyond patient with this company because the table we ordered is supposedly near completion, but if I could go back and do this all over again I would not have chosen Roy Timber.

The Coffee table top was not delivered. Only the bottom parts. Please respond.

Products were good quality, came on time, and easy to assemble
