Good honest and reliable company
It was -5 outside and our 20 year old boiler was making some strange noises, before giving up completely. I contacted RPM at 8am and despite being overwhelmed with work due to the cold snap, arrived at lunchtime to take a look. The parts we needed were available straight from the van, so all fixed and boiler serviced at the same time. He kept the price down by only replacing what was needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RPM to anyone.

Great Experience
Called on Tuesday with a boiler that wasn't maintaining heat, sent a few photos on WhatsApp. Guys came out Friday, fixed it in 45 minutes, for the quote that was given on the Tuesday. Price was low as well and I was expecting more. On top of that the guys were extremely nice and had a bit of a chat with them. They got our heating working quickly, cheaply, and had good banter, what more do you want?

Communication was excellent. Responded promptly, gave me an idea of the potential issue and a choice of appointment times. Followed up with text nearer the time. Was punctual, friendly and fixed the problem for a fantastic price. Very pleased.
