I ordered one of the blend peptides which was reasonably priced compared to competitors - great start. The issues started when I attempted to reach out for some further information (it’s very light on the website, including liquid volume that actually ships in the application pen). First I tried their advertised email address, still waiting after 2 weeks for an answer. I more recently reached out via WhatsApp, again no answer but at least this time I can see they read it!

This is simple stuff, just basic information that’s missing that the user needs to supply the correct dose - if it’s not on the website, you’d at least expect support to reply. The pen-style injectors don’t even include graduated markers to make an informed guess.

It’s unlikely I will be using RP Peptides again in the future and I’ll go to a competitor which have more transparent info on site and respond to support queries.

Ordered a pre-made peptide from this company but there was very little information provided about the product on the website. Basic details that customers would reasonably expect were missing, which made it difficult to understand the product properly before using it.

I contacted the WhatsApp number they advertise for support expecting a simple answer. Instead I was told to “join a group chat and ask the admins”. I’ve never heard such a strange response from a business support number. If a company sells a product, their own support line should be able to answer basic questions about it.

Overall this was disappointing. In a market where trust and professionalism matter, this approach to customer support doesn’t inspire confidence. There are much better companies out there that provide clear information and proper customer service.
