I can’t get in contact with you it’s at my order, be here on the 12th Royal mail still not received it scammers

I honestly don't know what the problem is with some of these people.. They clearly don't know designer, the quality is unreal 😍 I have loved the chanel trainers and moncler coat, you cannot tell the difference. Delivery is quick for the product you are getting, it explains it all the website. If you order around holiday times then yes expect delays as expected!! but the customer service once again brilliant. Can't wait to put more orders through, keep doing what your doing 🥰

I ordered two items from RR Lux which were two bags and since they’ve arrived I couldn’t be happy. I’m absolutely over the moon. The quality of each bag is unbelievably exceptional so much so that I’ve already done another order with them. Delivery took longer than expected, however that communications was brilliant and they responded back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using this company for ordering all your luxury goods/items.

Website pictures aren’t the same as the actual coat no padding, no feathers it’s very light and thin.
I can’t let my daughter wear it!

Amazing quality, the best I’ve seen to be honest. Only reason for 4 stars is delivery is quite long. I waited 26 days for my parcel to arrive. So just bear in mind to order well in advance if you need an item for an occasion. Other than that, you won’t be disappointed with the quality of their products.

DO NOT ORDER FROM RR LUXE2. I was hesitant to order from an instagram account I had come across, when googling and seeing the good reviews I decided to go ahead and order. I now wish I didn’t and I am not one to leave bad reviews but after ordering and waiting 5 and a half weeks and still not received my parcel or an update as to where my parcel actually is, I feel the need to leave this review on RR Luxe2. It is my cousins 18th birthday today. I ordered from RR LUXE2 on the 28th October. Standard shipping time for this order states on the website 3-10 business working days. I do understand there is a processing time as I have paid with Klarna. But I have now waited patiently for 38 days which is 28 business working days without an update as to where my order is or when it will be getting delivered. Or even if it will ever get delivered? I feel I have been scammed for £190 right on top of Christmas!! When asking via instagram DM about my order the response has been “The warehouse are checking this and I will update you” as I said, I have waited patiently and I was told my order would of been delivered by the 5th December for my cousins 18th birthday. I was then left to go last minute shopping for another birthday present after spending £190 already!!!
PLEASE do not order because of a handful of good reviews because you will be in the exact same position I am in and I’d hate for anybody to be feeling left out of pocket right on top of Christmas!!

I received my order today and was not disappointed! Amazing quality and priced. I’m so happy with my purchase. Customer service is also amazing, I accidentally mistyped my email and I messaged for assistance and they got back to me that day and resolved this for me! I’m so happy and will be definitely shopping with them again! Thank you so much! ☺️

Great experience, seller answered all questions without a delay reassure me that my item was being delivered. Item came in a perfect condition box with dust bag, couldn’t ask for any better will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a pair of Gucci sandals and a Christian Dior bag I love them both quality is good I was a little nervous about ordering from the website so I used clear pay which worked really well delivery times are a little longer so I would advise if your ordering for a specific time do it at least a month in advance I ordered on 30th August and received my sandals today 28th September and my bag on the 21st September communication was good and responses were quick will be ordering from this site again.

The product and packaging was beautiful and amazing quality, exactly what i wanted. Delivery was slightly longer than expected but the customer service was very reassuring and quick to respond. Will definitely buy from here again.

What can I say this company as kept me up to date all the way through Instagram, ( i must of been getting on their nerves come the end) everything turned out as it should 5***** all the way the quality is second to non, the sizing is spot on delivery is around 3 weeks in total but well worth the wait. Will I be ordering again 100% big order going in for Xmas. XX

WOW my trainers are amazing just like pictures, customer service was so good always answers my messages provided with me with a tracking number , I will be 100% returning Iv even put friends on to the website and have already made an order thank yous so much x

Should have received my order by the 4th Sept. Tracking number I was provided with is for Royal Mail but tracking hasn't updated since 25th Aug. Was told order should arrive with 3-10 working days and still nothing. No response from the company now, either. Avoid!

UPDATE 9th Sept 24 - Prada loafers have arrived. Supposed to be real leather and absolutely stink of plastic. Definitely not real leather.
Second pair that I am waiting on, are also supposed to be real leather. Let's see!
