After sales customer care was absolutely outstanding. Apart from finding my family with exceptionally cheap ticket on a great flight, we received regular whatsapp message reminders and information about the flight. Upon completion of the journey, I received a follow up message to check how the flight went, which service I have never received from any agent. Very reliable and caring travel agent. I will use the service over and over again.

I had a very bad experience with RR Travels LTD. Took money from my account without my consent. Refusal to refund the money. Failure to secure a ticket they said was already available for me. By the way I am still waiting for my refund after several attempts.

Great fantastic customer relation, am very impressed with my recent transaction. When the transaction started I thought it was kind of a scam but the sales guy Isaac to be precise was very patient and understanding with me. He made sure it was the value for my money, I will therefore recommend RR travels to anyone and on a scale of 10, would be 10/10..
