Tahreem is an excellent and professional instructor. I highly recommend her. She stayed focused on the lesson, gave me all the time I needed, and guided me with real patience and skill. I felt supported throughout every lesson. I passed my test first time, and I truly believe that was down to her teaching.

I had such an amazing experience learning to drive with my instructor Furhat and driving school. From the very first lesson, she made me feel comfortable, confident, and supported, even when I was nervous. She explained everything clearly and were always patient, helping me improve step by step. Each lesson felt really productive, and I could see my progress every time. I took driving classes with ahmed. He was beat driving instructor i ever met as i took few classes with others. He is such an honest person, Would only recommend classes how much you need. Always gives you good feedback. He is a friendly person and keeps it professional so i always felt at ease. Helped me alot with my driving skills and i passed on first attempt with one minor. I can’t say enough “HE IS THE BEST”. I would always recommend him yo my friends and family.

Amazing experience with RSM. My instructor was Furhat and she was extremely clear, kind and a good teacher. She was very accommodating with times we were both available and gave me a lot of confidence to drive safely on the road. I was initially very reluctant and nervous to drive a manual car but I honestly enjoy and look forward to it now. She helped me understand how the vehicle works and demonstrated every step before guiding me through it. She always made sure I could execute a certain type of parking, turn or manoeuvre perfectly before we moved on, and always asked me whether I was happy with it, and welcomed all questions. Furhat did many mock tests with me using both the satnav and direction boards, and practiced all manoeuvres with me regularly. Would 1000% recommend to any beginner driver, you will be relaxed and feel like a pro in no time!! 😊 I will be taking all the advice she gave me onto the road with me ❤️

Passed my driving test with 1 minor fault at Kingstanding test centre. My instructor Tehreem helped me so much. She’s very nice and very kind. She goes over the same thing until I understand everything fully. I highly recommend RSM Driving School. They helped me so much!

I passed my driving test in Kings Heath today with just three minor faults, and I couldn’t have done it without my instructor, Sania. She was excellent throughout—really patient, encouraging, and great at explaining everything clearly. The routes around Kings Heath can be quite tricky, but she broke them down in a way that made them much easier to understand. Her support genuinely boosted my confidence behind the wheel. I’d highly recommend her to anyone learning to drive!

I had a good experience with my instructor. He was patient and proactive. I learnt everything with a steady pace and I was offered lots of practice time.

I recently passed my driving test on Saturday, 25th April, and I couldn’t have done it without my driving instructor.

From the very beginning, my driving instructor was patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. My driving instructor explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood both the practical skills and the theory behind safe driving. The teaching style helped build my confidence step by step, especially in areas I initially found challenging.

What stood out the most was the calm approach and encouragement, even when I made mistakes. My driving instructor always took the time to correct me properly and ensured I improved with every lesson.

My driving instructor was also very reliable, punctual, and flexible with lesson times, which made the whole learning process smooth and stress-free.

If you are looking for a driving instructor who is as sharp as he is skilled, look no further than Mr. Ripon Shikdar. Ripon is incredibly smart, witty, and truly knows the turf—particularly in Kings Heath areas (the 'King' of these roads, truly!).
​What sets him apart is his personal investment; he doesn't just teach to get paid, he teaches to ensure that you, the road, and the public are safe. He is remarkably practical and pragmatic, knowing his strengths and staying focused on the areas where he is the undisputed expert. He won't take on a student unless he knows he is the best person to lead them to success.

​The only downside? He is in high demand and incredibly busy—but that’s simply the price you pay for the best in the business. If you can secure a spot with him, don't hesitate.

I was a nervous wreck and from day 1 Ripon made me so comfortable driving and learnt so well. I have heard horror stories of people with their driving instructors having bad experiences and having to change but not with Ripon. He is very calm and encourages you rather than shouting at you.

Aside from the driving very nice guy and always an enjoyable experience. Will miss our chats.

So glad I had Ripon. Definitely ask for him if you want to pass first time and have a very skilled, calm and brilliant instructor.

Nosheen was absolutely amazing,she was so thorough about the entire testing process and made sure I was confident,she’s honestly one of the best instructors I’ve had,such a sweet and genuine person.Passed with only 2 minors!!Thank you Nosheen🩷

My experience with imran Amrif has been wonderful, he has helped me pass my driving test today and it’s all thanks to him and his help , the way he explains things and the way he understands is top class . Much thanks to imran Arif for his good work and helping me . Very good person with a very kind heart .

I booked 3 of the beginner lessons with RSM over a week in advance for 9am on a Sunday for manual lessions.

I got email confirmation of the booking and the website said someone will call us prior to the lession.

No one called. No one showed up to the lession.

My wife called to ask what's happening they tried to imply it was my wife's fault saying we should of confirmed there was a lesson and they don't do manual driving lessions in our area (How would we know that? There website allowed us to book it!) and they sent us a email (There was no email). I then rang and I asked where said email was and where was my phone call there website mentioned.

He then claimed he couldn't hear me and they would ring me straight back. No one rang back.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

Zero stars.

my instructor Imran Arif was absolutely fabulous, helped with everything from essentially getting to 1 from 0 and brought me to 100% passed with no faults at all!

My daughter passed her test this morning first time after just 6 months of lessons. Iftikhar (Ifti) was her instructor and I would highly recommend him. Clear and patient instructor who filled my daughter with confidence from the start, great guidance, would spend time on anything she was finding more difficult. A fabulous experience.

I passed my test today at Kings Heath after three attempts. I took lessons with Mr. Muhammad Ahmad, he is very professional and has a great way of teaching students. His tips and constant feedback were very helpful especially leading up until the test day. I had some issues with my nerves two days to the test, he noticed this and helped.
I would recommend him to anyone taking their test at Kings Heath.
