I ordered 3rd time and I'm very happy.Delivery is very fast,oil is good quality and I can recommend this products.

RSO addressed my parcel incorrectly from an order I placed and paid for on 2nd September. I have emailed them 3 times and still had no information as to when I will receive a replacement so now have run out completely and take the tincture to help with pain and sleep.
Always have been so happy with RSO in the past too and really would like a speedy replacement and news of when this will be

i received a replacement parcel which did take a month but I was very happy to receive it

For everyone that has concerns about this shop... you don’t have to !!! Everything was perfectly fine! The express ups shipping is the fastest shipping that I’ve ever seen! Everything came on time an my order came complete and in perfect condition!

For years I have found it difficult through lack of knowledge and tech ability to make an informed decision as to who to trust and purchase from. Brilliant in every way but delivery is a bit slow especially if you need the item for pain relief etc. A bit expensive but you get what you pay for. Needs incentives or a loyalty programme. This would help and I would be prepared to buy more and plus on a regular basis.
