Great fitters
Review rating is based on the fitters mainly gary and lewis were great guys cleaned up after themselves and made the installation process a very positive one 10/10 for these guys

8th and 9th of March 2021 we had Gary…
8th and 9th of March 2021 we had Gary and Lewis to replace our boiler which was condemned in October 2020. These two gentlemen were absolutely fantastic, they started work and never stopped once. They worked brilliantly together, couldn't fault anything. They never left any mess, Lewis was always on top of making sure the front garden was tidy, as an apprentice he carries on with his work happily and confidently. We have 2 children and they were amazing with them both, chatting away to them and enjoying the fact the kids made them a cuppa! We would highly recommend Gary and Lewis for any boiler work needed, great team. We cannot fault them in any way what so ever. Thank you so much for making us all cosy and warm and giving us hot water back.

Best boiler fitter/tradesman - get him booked in!
We had Andy do our boiler change. He was quick and attentive, helpful and did an absolutely stellar job! He fully cleaned everything down, was friendly and went above and beyond to help us! If you need a boiler change Andy’s your man - it’s rare to get tradesmen like Andy. Get him booed in if you’ve got a dodgy boiler or need a new one fitted! 10/10 hands down!

Poor service
A surveyor came to my property. And said I have pay 1275 for the boiler, but in nov/Dec when first contact was me I was told it was free. After logging a complaint I still haven't reviewed any feed back. But the financial odbusmsn say I have wait 8 weeks then they will be taking over my compliant......Same answer to all your reviews...... after a week of putting this review up phone call to ask me to remove aaaaa na!!!!!

We have tried to contact you on multiple occasions but have not managed to get hold of you. For the benefit of yourself and readers, we have to remind all customers the installation of the boiler (labour & materials) are paid through grant funding, wherever possible. At survey stage we try to identify as many different energy efficient measures we can install, in return this helps to unlock further funding to cover the cost of the work.
We did provide you with a free survey and installed a free iIve Thermostat which was yours to keep irrespective if you decided to go ahead with the boiler installation. Accurate costs can only be calculated via a survey from a Gas Engineer who can advise on the necessary works required, this was the case for your property where we needed to install a vertical flue and send 2 men to complete the works safely along with the required electrical work.
Unfortunately, your property grant was not enough to complete the works without a contribution from yourself. The funding is calculated by the energy companies and every property has different amounts allocated for it which we are unable to control.
We trust this clarifies the matter for you and are sorry once again we couldn't provide you with a free boiler. We wish you the best of health and prosperity.
