The whole experience with this company was amazing ! From the ease of using the website for doing the calculations , down to the after service regarding questions about adhesive. Delivery was quick and quality of rubber and items required seem good quality ! Would definitely recommend . Plus side they were the cheapest online

I ordered a full 3.05 meter width by 5 meters length I expected it to come on a roll but instead you had folded it many times and although after relaxing the material for a couple of hours the crease down the middle from folding didn’t relax and I know have a raised seam the full 5 meters of length running across my roof not happy about it at all very disappointed with how you sent the item won’t use you again

Hi Jason, thanks for your review and feedback. Whole rolls only go out to roofing merchants with the space to receive them: we couldn't get a roll to most people's properties. In fact, the rubber is so wide that it's even folded on the rolls that we get, so that fold is always present. ORDERED IN THE MORNING. ARRIVED PM NEXT DAY. THE COMPANY WERE VERY GENEROUS WITH THE AMOUNT OF EXTRA OVERHANG THEY GAVE FOR FREE. LOADS OF GLUE FOR THE JOB, WE DIDNT USE IT ALL FOR THE 22SQM I ORDERED. THE PERSON I MADE THE ORDER WITH WAS VERY KNOWEDGEABLE
