Company called me back whe i couldn't get through on the phone. My flooring arrived in good time with no dramas.

I ordered 10M of Rubber Flooring Rolls Studded Dot Penny Pattern, I cut the roll in 3 parts and when fitting the floor, the dots did not line up when placing the 3 parts next to eachother, they lign up for about 15cm and then start drifting apart. Nothing like in the picture.
Otherwise, delivery was fast and packing was sturdy, just a shame that the floor cannot be aligned - impossible!

Easy to order,excellent service

Placed an order almost a month ago, still no product despite a reply to my first complaint when I was told they had the wrong address for me. I was promised the same day dispatch to put it right. I’ve emailed several times - no replies, I have called several times - no answer. Would not recommend, scammed out of my money.

Product first class, does the job.

Item (rubber mat) is just what I wanted, however getting it was quite a problem. Only on asking where my very overdue purchase was, did I get the response that they didn’t think it was what I wanted. Quite sometime later I had to follow up again to get it shipped. When it did arrive, it is perfect, great quality etc. and very reasonably priced. Customer care just needs some work.

bad, not good , promised order would arrive ( ordered friday for tuesday) and was three days later than promised, after phoning to chase the order and trying to lock down when it would turn up , the guy offered to lie to me about then it would turn up rather than be truthful. also sent out via a third party rather than rubber co company

Dreadful customer service. Waiting two weeks for a simple sample of an expensive product. Rang four times to ask its whereabouts and they finished by hanging up! I shall go elsewhere
