We’ve had our dog on the food for 3-4weeks now and can gladly say we’ve found our product, thank you from Kanan himself

Great online service, my order arrived promptly. My dog absolutely loves his new food, it’s nicely packaged and easy to portion. I love how you can see all the ingredients finely diced throughout the food, I’ve also seen a difference in my dogs coat since switching.

Our 6 year old dog Pino had gone off Bella and Duke, and a had a mixed spell on Pro Dog so we switched to supermarket wet food for a couple of months as he got his appetite back. After a short while he developed digestion issues and so we made the decision to switch to Rude after a bit of research. He's now really enjoying the chicken, turkey and beef recipes specifically, after developing his new picky streak, and his digestive issues have gone.

The food arrives promptly, frozen and well packaged, the containers are easy to open and re seal. My dog loves the food, transitioned with no issues from kibble.

I have tried lots of raw foods for my dogs and this is bar far the best. They love the food and their coats look fantastic. My German Shepherd is on medication for his joints and since I have fed him this food he is a lot better. I had a slight delivery problem with DPD (not Rude’s fault) and I contacted Rude dog food for their help. They got back in touch immediately and resolved my problem for me. Excellent service. This is why I support UK local businesses! Top service and top quality produce. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company.

Delivery was super fast, all containers were intact and frozen. One of my dogs, Moses, was starting to suffer badly with his back legs, 1 week in and he has a definite spring in his step, and a little more stable. Dogs are happy, I am happy 😊

Our two dogs enjoy the food. One of them can be fussy but she really seems to enjoy her meals of Rude Dog Food. We have explored the different meals on offer and are impressed with the quality of the meat. We are hoping they may one day provide larger packs or chubbs for us owners of larger dogs. We did have a blip initially with the delivery service provider, however Rude Dog sorted this out thankfully.

We have used Rude Dog Food as soon as we bought our puppy home as he was on it from our breeders. We have had no issues whatsoever with his tummy, he's a very happy and healthy cockapoo and I'm sure this is down to the food he's on! Also their customer service is excellent and they are always extremely quick at responding to any queries or changes I need to make to my order. Thanks team! :-)

Mabel loves this food, and she’s a picky eater. She loved it from the first box. Comes well packed. Was so impressed with the Welcome call that I got from Patrick, thank you. Patrick was friendly and helpful; a very nice touch to ask if we were happy with our order, and if I had any questions. Website is easy to navigate and it’s easy to amend your order content and delivery dates. All good so far.

First of all I checked this company out on all about dog food, and with a very high rating and great ingredients it just had to be done.
It arrived in a small box compared to other companies so no over packaging.

The food is great, not sloppy and most of all is being enjoyed. Nice clean bowl in seconds, what comes out the other end is good too and easy to pick up. So digestability all good.

Nice packaging too, so putting what is left over portion wise is good to go in the refrigerator for the following day.

My fussy bull Terrier has been so happy since I switched to rude dog she eats so well and throughly loves this food..
It’s been so difficult to find the right balance and brand for her so I’m thrilled she’s enjoying this food and have recommended it to other people.. definitely worth every penny !

Decided to try RDF as a change from my usual raw food supplier.

Website advertises overnight delivery. I ordered on Friday, so food prepped and sent on Monday, supposedly. It finally arrived with me on Thursday, thoroughly defrosted and starting to smell.

I have emailed RDF and received no reply.

Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription and will be returning to my usual supplier.

Started Prince on Rude cause we were on Years dog food and got KCS. Prince has been really enjoying Rude since starting. The packaging is great and the meat looks and smells great for a raw. Prince’s fur is feeling softer and shinier too and he’s 💩 has been great. Which is another good sign it’s great food. Highly recommend. Very happy owner and pup.

Dog loves it and we do to as great customer service, good choice of food and food comes in easy to store and use containers. Would recommend!

Recently purchased our first (of many future) batch of Rude dog food for our German Shepherd & working Cocker Spaniel. Really impressed with the purchasing and delivery process but most of all our dogs absolutely love their new food! It’s a great feeling knowing exactly what our dogs are consuming and knowing they’re better off because of it. We are looking forward to every mealtime knowing our dogs are getting the best nutrition out there!

After around eight meals, my dog became severely constipated, repeatedly straining and pacing in obvious distress. Her stools were pale, chalky, extremely dry and eventually rock solid.

I stopped feeding the product immediately and sent Rude a formal complaint requesting cancellation and a refund.

I received no response.

They did, however, manage to send me a Trustpilot review invitation.

That says enough for me.
