Bait and switch.

Bait and switch.

Bought a limited edition pair of sneakers that they restocked along with the accessories. They sent out the accessories and weighted a significant amount of time before notifying me that these shoes in the size that I ordered were out of stock.

While they offered to refund a date cost of the shoes, they were willing to do absolutely nothing with the accessories. I had no interest in the accessories without the matching shoes and zero interested in supporting a company that I felt significantly misled me and completely boxed because customer service experience.

My only option is to pay to return the accessories and they will also take $10 off of the cost of the items for a restocking fee. Absolute crap. They know they are taking advantage of customers, misleading people with sales, and mismanaging their inventory when I now look at other reviews where they've done the same thing.

Ridiculous shipment delivery

Every time I order apparell from Rudis, it takes WEEKS to arrive.

This is not team wrestling merch, buts simple t-shirts from their website.

Will never order anything from them again.

LOVE RUDIS

My daughter has tried out MANY various brands of wrestling knee pads - her favorite is the RUDIS Cushion Wrestling Knee Pad. She feels they have excellent impact protection, they are durable, have a good non-slip fit and they allow full mobility. She also prefers their wrestling shoes - it’s the only brand we buy. Additionally, I am EXTREMELY impressed with customer service I received regarding an issue I had (this is the first issue I’ve had of all the purchases I have made from RUDIS). Absolutely exceptional. The initial customer support representative was friendly and expeditious. Ang and Jordan provided superior support for the shipping issue I had, despite the cause of the issue being at no fault to Rudis or FedEx (weather related). They were empathetic to our needs - hoping to get our items before my daughter’s regional wrestling tournament Monday - and applied careful consideration to determine steps to potentially get me the products faster. Ang even suggested that, should I be forced to purchase kneepads locally because I can’t get the RUDIS ones in time, to let her know and she will simply ‘return to sender’ and apply an immediate refund. From my experiences, RUDIS is a genuinely very trustworthy company, ready to accommodate their customers in any way possible. Thank you all for your help!! Truly grateful!!

The store does not refund money for returned items!

I placed an order on June 7, 2025. The product did not suit me, so I wanted to return it using the label provided by the store's support team. They received the return and stopped responding to me and did not refund my money. I provided them with a shipping receipt, but they simply ignored it. I do not recommend this store because their attitude toward customers is extremely indifferent. Customer support does not respond, ignores me, and does not want to resolve the issue. I should receive my money back, but now I am left without the product and without my money. My order number is RUDIS-814222.
