I ordered my hubby the Welsh away shirt as I could not get his size 2xl locally before christmas. I was really worried buying online days before christmas that it wouldnt come in time. Well that was surely all set aside when it arrived in time tracking kept me informed and the shirt came really well packaged......bonus for hubby xmas day when packaged was also a rugby ball I hadnt ordered but guessing was complimentary. I would 100% re ommend and purchase again. Thank you😀

I brought a shirt online and was notified a day later to apologise that it was out of stock... Just before Christmas this was not ideal but Si sorted me right out and sent over a different item that was much higher in value to compensate. Full marks from me, it got here in time and was much appreciated indeed. Nice one.

Genuinely helpful, I ordered a gift which needed changing. Staff were so conscientious and resolved quickly in order that I received my item before Christmas. Will definitely use again.

Rugby box made a mistake with my order- I received an e mail immediately and I received the package within 24 hours. Their customer was first class!

Totally crap! Ordered shirt only to be told on it's way no problem after delay..... then email to say sorry out of stock...load of crap!
