Rugember Opiniones

impressed w the quality (was initially worried at first taking a risk with a new international vendor), but am excited to buy again! beautiful and well created

Fast delivery and perfect rug! Love that I was able to specify the dimensions

Runners are exactly what I needed. Love the colors.

I was impressed with Rugember’s communication with me regarding my purchase. Letting me know my rugs were in production (being currently made. Not just grabbed off warehouse shelves.) I was very happy that I didn’t have to wait too long to receive my order. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of materials used and the craftsmanship. I love the color I picked out mostly because it’s obvious the quality of fabric is good. It’s just vibrant. I was tickled that Rugember sent along a thank you gift with my purchase; yet another reason to be impressed.
Because of all the good impressions I just stated, if I need another rug I’ll go to Rugember company first.
Thank you!

Amazing! I did a custom runner. Turned out fabulous! Such a great product! Fast service and free shipping . Wow!!! A+ Looks better than I ever imagined!

Super Sache. Genau so geliefert, wie versprochen. Gute Qualität, Lieferung erfolgte am Samstagnachmittag :-).

Honestly wasn't expecting it to reach NZ this fast lol. Ordered it and they produced and shipped it out in a week, then it literally showed up in just a few days. Crazy fast!! Packaging was super solid too, came perfectly protected.

Put the wrong house number in at checkout, didn't notice till the next morning. Emailed at half 7, reply by 9 saying it was changed. My mistake, sorted without any fuss. Excellent customer service. Rug arrived within the week. Thank you

Delivery driver left it in the rain. It's a washable rug so I suppose he thought he'd get it started :). Bagged inside so no harm done, and its what I ordered. About a week. Recommend.

Delivered really quickly and I had updates all along the process and the items is beautiful exactly as described

I’m very happy with the rug I purchased. The fact that it is washable is a great advantage for me, and it is very easy to clean and maintain. The quality, appearance, and overall practicality of the rug exceeded my expectations.

I was also very satisfied with the ordering and delivery process. Overall, I’m really pleased with both the product and the service. I would definitely recommend this rug to others. Thank you for providing such a great product!
