Ordered a variety of pads recommended for hardwood floor. Every rugpad resulted in a faded discoloration in the wood. The company’s response was to ask for photos of the rug and pad. When I gave photos of the pads and floor, they asked for more photos. Then when I asked what types of photos they needed, they simply gave a condescending response that there is no way the discoloration could be caused by their pads. They explained pedantically that the fading I have is not discoloration or fading from their pads. So their warranty is baseless and means nothing. The fact is indisputable—if I would not have used their pads, there would be no faded discoloration. Period. Now I have to replace a 3 year old wood floor.

The rug pads are of excellent quality and made in USA. We have bought five over the past three years and are impressed with the quality and durability of their products. The RugPadUSA website is easy to navigate and offers helpful suggestions relative to pad thickness, grip, and type of floor.

I had my oak floors refinished, and I wanted to keep the $4000.00 investment looking good. RugPadUSA builds a product that the professionals say is needed for under rugs and desk chair poly mats.
I ordered directly from RugPadUSA. I carefully looked over their information, I chose the thinnest matt, ordered mats up to be close to needed size to minimize cutting, placed the order. Not cheap, but not too expensive, and a quality product is most important of all. I recieved good online communication all the way. The mats arrived ahead of the expected date. Today my wife and I completed the needed trimming and installation with no trouble and virtually no waste. We are both very impressed with how well they do their job.
This is the first time I have shopped with RugPadUSA, their product and performance were top-rate. (Pretty nice nowdays.)

I purchased a rug pad from this company after reading their tutorials regarding problems with area rugs bunching up. I have several and it has become a major annoyance. I was impressed with the amount of information they provided and decided to look at their products. They seemed a bit above average pricing but concluded that they had just educated me on how to solve my problem – I may as well invest in their product as well.
Times change fast and a month or so later I find myself soon to be unemployed (My own choice) and worrying about saving funds for when I need them. The rug pad had been sitting in the box unopened for weeks. I thought to check their return policy – which seemed pretty straight forward – Contact us, and we’ll take care of you.
I contacted them around noon on a Saturday afternoon – Expecting to pay shipping, or possibly a repackaging fee – as most companies do these days. I received an email back within 2 hours. Two in fact.
I opened the first one and it stated I had been refunded the full amount.
I opened the second one and there was a short sentence from Josh stating that I had been refunded and there was no need to actually return the product at all.
I’m still kind of dumbfounded - This is old school customer service which I thought was long dead. After recently having to scratch and claw my money away from multiple shady Resume building companies, and one of those AI image generator aps … I’m still have a bit of afterburn.

PROPS to this company. I will be back.

Their rug pads are high quality. They ship very quickly. My home is getting extremely comfortable! I'm very happy with this company.

The first order was dirty/damaged. That was not great but when I notified them, they were quick to respond.

They followed up immediately, reviewed the pictures I sent and sent me a replacement product.

Will do business with them again. Plus the rug pads are high quality and make a difference with hand-knotted rugs

This company is a scam! Just like the other reviews mention this company will take your payment and then go silent. STAY AWAY!

Updating the review. They did eventually ship the rug pad, like a week later. I had already purchased another rug pad at that point. They gave a return label at least.

Upgrading from 1 to 2 stars, as still I wouldn't recommend shopping here due to delays and unreliable service.

After ordering, they created a shipping label, then went silent. No shipping updates, item never actually shipped. No replies to email. Nobody answering phones or returning calls. It's been over a week.

This is especially inconvenient, because we have a rug being delivered but no rug pad.

Great rug pads and great service! Had a good experience and if I needed more rug pads I would order from them again.
