Ordered on June 28, over a month later, still no item and my card was later tried to be charged at Hilton hotels, scam to get your card info. Email request to get refund but if there’s no response might just file a civil suit. 🤦🏻♀️🫠
I'd give them 0 stars if I were able to. Ordered three items and payed for "Super VIP Shipping" and two months later I'm yet to receive an order number. I emailed them numerous times and they eventually got back to me with an extremely shoddily typed email that was clearly written by somebody who's never worked in customer service before. I've lost all hope that my items will arrive. Do not order from this business.
Scammed. Ordered a month ago, never arrived, emailed them, they never replied.
DO NOT USE. Can I give it zero stars!!!!! Absolutely terrible. My son ordered some clothing items. We received a confirmation. Was told it would take 4 weeks and have received no clothing and no further communication. I have tried to email them to receive an update and have had no reply! Absolutely disgusting…basically they are thieves. So well done to them for duping and robbing a teenager!
