We recently had our front door replaced by Ruislip Windows and as expected they’ve done a great job.
Unlike previous companies we’ve used they turned up on time and eventually left after doing a quality job.
The price was very competitive and I would certainly use them again.

Good experience working with Ruislip Windows. They were responsive from start to finish. Kept their word! Tom, who fitted the window was very polite, efficient and friendly.

We have now used Ruislip Windows for both windows and doors across two of our properties, and once again they did not disappoint. Last week we had a new front door fitted, and we are absolutely delighted with the result.

The quality of the product and workmanship was excellent, and the fitter was superb—professional, polite, and respectful throughout the installation. Everything was completed to a high standard and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.

I have said before this company provides excellent customer service. I needed a replacement latch keep for my bi fold door the item was not normally stocked but after much research and phone calls the item was sourced and the repair completed. I doubt any other company would have even bothered trying to find the item and certainly not the M D who in this case personally oversaw the service case . I have been dealing with RW for over 30 years. They carry out all work, whether it's fitting new windows or repairing something in a confident, polite and helpful way. They are competitive and reliable. I have found all the staff from the office members to the fitters to be polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

A very good Company to worjk with. They respond rapidly to requests; their people are professional, polite and clearly very competent. Their products are of excellent quality; well-designed and at decent prices. From intial contact to delivery and fitting was rapid. Their fitters/tradesmen were on time (early--- very early, in fact) and in doing what is quite a messy job they protected all flooring and furniture during the fitting process and left the place very clean and tidy. We were delighted with the final result. (fitting bifold balcony doors). All round, quality products, quality service, quality fitting and qualitypeople at a good price. Would definitely use them again.

Loved the new front door. Only issue with using the lock and unlock due to weak wrist/arthritis. Liam came out to resolve the issue for me. One happy customer.

Earlier this month, Ruislip Windows & Doors fitted four new windows at my flat. The team were super professional, very quick, polite and cleaned up afterwards. Their whole process from contact to installation was excellent. The professional measuring up service ensures all snags are pre-empted making for smooth and quick installation on the day. I would highly recommend Ruislip Windows & Doors to anyone in the London Area.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience with Ruislip Windows & Doors was frustrating enough to share. I contacted them for a simple window replacement, and at first everything seemed fine—they were quick to respond and booked me in without much hassle.But once the job started, things changed. The installation date got pushed back twice without much notice, and I had to keep calling just to get updates. When the team finally showed up, the work felt rushed. One of the windows wasn’t fitted properly, and there was a noticeable draft coming through.I reached out to get it fixed, and while they did send someone back, it took longer than expected and I had to chase them again. It just felt like once they had the payment, the urgency disappeared.In the end, the job got done, but the whole process was more stressful than it needed to be. I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

They offer top quality, multipoint locking windows and doors. Their prices are good and we were invited to their showroom to view the various options. We had Fernando and Casio to fit them and they did a superb job, worked long days and the finish was so neat there was no need for redecoration. Very happy.

A special mention has to go to Ross and Lee, the fitters, who were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. In 2022 Ruislip Windows & Doors put in new conservatory doors at my home. Arranging it was fast and efficient.

When a few issues arose with the doors, the team came out quickly to resolve them.

Fast forward to 2026 and the locking mechanism failed - again the team at Ruislip Windows & Doors came out very quickly and replaced the mechanism.

A really helpful company and always nice to deal with.
