Charges for fees silently without warning
I don't appreciate when I am silently charged fees just to access a 14-day trial - which basically offers nothing. You get no email to warn you about charges, nor an email to verify charges have been made. And within the account it's exceptionally difficult to find any invoices within the billing section. I had no clue I had been charged by the company until I checked my statement.
This kind of practices should be banned.

They bombard you with emails
When you sign up they bombard you with emails. 1 per day. I wrote to them several times asking if there was an option to receive them less frequently? I was ignored. I think this is a US thing cuz in the US it seems to be the norm to email someone everyday when they subscribe in the UK. That's just considered a bit too much.
