Rungne Opiniones 

Bisher war ich von Rungne und dem Superdry Chalk absolut überzeugt, doch leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Es scheint eine Rezepturänderung gegeben zu haben, durch die das Chalk seine ursprüngliche Performance verloren hat. Recherchen zeigen, dass ich mit dieser Einschätzung nicht alleine bin. Ich habe kürzlich acht Packungen erworben und bereue den Kauf aufgrund der neuen Formel sehr. Seid also vorsichtig beim Kauf der aktuellen Charge.

Edit: Aber deren Support ist sehr gut, ich hab mein Geld wiederbekommen.

I've ordered numerous times from Rungne; shirts, chalk, pants, you name it. Every item was of very good quality and came neatly packaged.

Shipping was quick, ordered 4 tees, a chalk bucket, a brush, and some tape. All products feel super high-quality and I’m super stoked on it all. I was expecting the chalk bag to be great but had lower expectations for the shirt. They definitely exceeded what I anticipated. The shirts (and the chalk bag) feel super durable and worth the money I paid.

I've purchased two climbing pants,Highballer Reinforced Pants and the Harness Utility Pants. Both r super comfortable for climbing and everyday wear. The Highballer Reinforced Pants have become my favorite pants to wear. The delivery was super quick, I live in Israel and it was delivered in just a few days. 10/10 would recommend this brand and would purchase again.

Shipping was great, ordering was a little odd with some of the gift codes they offer, but not a big issue. Every product I had gotten though was great, from the chalk bucket, to the chalk itself, everything was great. The chalk holds much better than anything else I've used, and stays much longer.

Rungne has great quality and great customer service! My son is an avid climber and works in the industry and finds these products the best out there!

I purchased two pairs of trousers for £159 and unfortunately had to return them. I used the brand’s size calculator and measurements, which recommended a size S as the best option. However, when they arrived, they were far too small.

I initially considered exchanging them for a larger size, but no alternative sizes were available in any colour. As I needed the trousers urgently, I had no choice but to return the items.

This is where the experience became particularly disappointing. I had already paid approximately £29 on top of the £159 order for delivery, which is a very high fee by any standard. On top of that, I was charged a further £17 to process the return.

In total, this amounts to nearly a 30% surcharge just for delivery and return, which I find completely unreasonable. I’ve never encountered fees like this elsewhere, and it significantly detracts from the overall customer experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from a brand that applies such excessive charges.

Rungne has quickly become one of my favorite climbing brands. They offer great value without cutting corners — the products consistently feel premium in both build quality and performance. I also really appreciate how much they’re investing in growing the brand and expanding their apparel line; you can tell they care about the community and about making gear people actually want to use. Overall, it’s been an impressive experience so far, and I’m excited to see what they come out with next.

Great company which sell amazing chalk

Rungne company always lives up to its promises, there gear and especially there climbing chalk is a good to for me and my daughter.
Would recommend highly to use there products

Great customer service, very updated on product shipment and you will not have to worry about where it is most of the time and will deliver on time! Products themselves are great! I have the belay down jacket and this thing is WARM and built very solid.

Tldr; they oversold so bad they cannot fulfill the order and cannot provide a timeline within a month. You only get updates upon request and are not informed, that your order wont come by Christmas, after claiming it would.

I ordered two t-shirts on Blackfriday sale to goft for Christmas. After I got no shipping updates after 2 weeks I consulted costumer service. I was told, they apparently oversold their stock and it would porbably arrive by Christmas. After not receiving a shipping update until AFTER Christmas I consulted customer service again, and was told there was a restock, but not enough to fulfill my order. By now they did not provide a timeline, or any form of discount code.

Fast shipping & customer service is very helpful! New formula for Magjuice Liquid chalk. I’m happy with the product the only thing is it only comes in a 100ml tube.

My second order from this E-Shop and I can't complain. It came quickly nicely packed.

Unfortunately my order almost took 4 weeks to arrive. The shirt‘s quality is good, but the Boulderheads Tee Oversized Fit made me buy it size L. Compared to the regular fit (XL) it’s not oversized, which is not the main problem, but it’s too short.
I now have to rebuy with shipping costs etc.
Unluckily the description was not so reliable.

Good products, but horrendous customer service.

I have ordered a pair of pants (which should be the same model, that I ordered a year ago), but it turns out they have further developed the product. One thing is that they added long straps, which is actually pretty annoying, but they have also changed the size fit, so I ordered the same medium as my old pair of pants, which fit perfectly. It turns out, that the new model is way larger, and even though I have tightened the straps all the way, it is way to big. There was no information or anything regarding change in size compared to the older model. I have asked for a return to at size small, but I am just getting ignored, waiting for an answer on the 2nd week now.

I was really hooked on climbing in Rungne gear, but this experience is really bad, so if this is not getting fixed very soon, I will just go somewhere else.

Marc is really bad at customer service and is just letting me hang. Mostafa is okay, but is also letting me hang - no updates on why it is taking so long and not giving any information what so ever.

I have even tried to make a new customer service case on the same order number, and then Marc ask what the problem is - so they have no link between cases on the order numbers at all. So it is like a chatbot, which does not remember anything and really does not do anything helpful.

I have Magnus will recognize this, but this level of customer service will hit his business, and he does not strike me as a person, who appreciates this.

Purchased BOULDERHEADS TEE OVERSIZED FIT XS BLACK, MAGDUST CHALK and MAGDUST SUPERDRY CHALK and I was super pleased with everything! The tee was exceptional quality, 100% cotton, thick and design is so siccc. It fits true to size, xs being oversized on me as advertised. I got 6 bags of chalk and shared them with other climbers and everyone is in agreement that it’s some of the best chalk they have ever used. I prefer the superdry as I don’t like chunks, but honestly it’s just about preference if you like chunks or not. Both performed well and I will continue to recommend them to others.
Promotions are a plenty from this company, (a little obnoxious) - with every purchase they try to lure you back with little incentives, but with $25 shipping I won’t be ordering again until I need another bulk shipment of chalk and can get free shipping. Shipping was surprisingly fast from Norway.
Customer service was exceptional quick to respond when they “forgot” my “free gift” with Black Friday order. But can’t help but feel that was another scheme to get me to place another order. Either way not hating, the baiting works. Try the damn chalk people!

I still haven't got my order shipped now 21 days after ordering it, even though all items were marked as "in stock" when ordered.

I had to reach out twice to get any info on my order. Both times they promised me to ship it the day after, and never happened. I've now cancelled my order.

ordered 27th november. Still no shipment december 18.

Update:
The order was cancelled by mail 18. december, but they chose to ignore this email and suddenly the order is shipped 21. december.

I highly recommend anyone to stay away from this company.
