Everything I have got from Rungne is absolutely great,
The highballer pants are beautiful, confortable, and perfect for climbing boulders and long routes.
Their chalkbuckets are beautiful, I have two and love their size, colours and styles. It is almost a whole climbing bag that can carry all my stuff for the gym.

Now the Magdust, their most prized product. Haven't found a soul that don't love it. Best chalk ever! It helped me with my first slopper.

I have to say I became addicted to Magdust, and so did some of my friends. Best chalk out there in my opinion. They products are really high quality and design, delivery goes smooth most the time and they customer service is always great and very fast to respond if you have an issue. One of the best customer support service I personally had encountered. The only downside for me is shipping is expensive and something if you are not placing a big order can make everything a bit pricey.

I always order magdust. usually arrives within 2 weeks after purchase. No issues so far.

I got one of Rungnes bag ,brush ,chalk and tape packages and when it arrived it surpassed my expectations.
The bag is well built made with tough materials with handy phone sized pockets that have loops for your brushes ,the opening has a great magnetic closer so chalk stays safe . The brush is nice and the bristles are tightly packed giving a good clean to rock and indoor holds . The chalk is magic and in a different league to others I have used 🥳 Magdust all the way . I have yet to use the tape but it did come in 2 thicknesses which will prove to be very handy and save trying to thin it up for between finger joints ,ten thumbs up

Guys- this is serious.
I am a long lasting beginner, with humble expectations, doing short indoor climbing a couple of times a week.
I enjoy it, and here and then purchase something small for the heck of it, but due to age and injuries I do not expect too much.
I just did my first climb with this MAGBALL stuff, and it must have been my best climb ever. Easily got through a project that held me back for more than a month, with other problems almost solving themselves.
This is too soon for me to pass a judgment, but I will keep it up for the next year or so for sure. This should be easy if the delivery is always as fast as this one.

This is one of, if not the highest quality climbing apparel companies out there. Chalk is clearly in a league of its own. Clothes are extremely comfortable and fashionable, could be worn in gym or out. One gripe I’ve had is that the they seem to be out of stock in most sizes quite often, which can be frustrating. But, there are so many great options it’s not hard to find one you’ll love!

The chalk as well as the clothes are very high quality. The shipping cost policy was very transparent and the package arrived in a timely manner. I will definitely buy another pair of Highballer pants, they‘re fantastic. The size quiz on the website was spot on as well.

I can't discount other people's experiences, but seeing bad reviews for customer support weirds me out. One of the t-shirts I ordered was defective and a hole popped up after a wash. I sent a refund/replacement request with a photo attached and got a response not even 30 minutes later with an order placed in my name for the same t-shirt - a free replacement. They didn't ask for a return or anything else, just let me know that a brand new shirt of the same model and size is on the way. Very happy with the customer support experience.

Terrible customer service, when i had to return some product all i got was a return lable and confusion. I cant print the lable, and I have already spend 18 euros for the return, and I might have to spend even more if i need to print the lable. I tried to contact Rungne through their chat, but I waited for a long time without even getting a reply from an AI, this is a complet joke especially when the products are expensive.
Do better and reply to my chat.

I got a reply from the customer service, but I waited so long that i wasnt at my computer st the time, it was atleast 30 minutes, and I had to go, so they promissed to email me, which never happened, so its still incredibly disappointing

Another update:
Haven't heard from them even after almost 6 hours after they said they had to look into it. Unfortunately i still have no idea what im supposed to do with the return, and there has been no cpntact from them from any other platform, so this is an incredibly annoying situation for a paying customer. Comment to Rungne Please contact me on the mail i sent to you through trustpilot, this is getting annoying. This has made the review to from 2 stars to 1.

I bought the Magdust superdry, since I am who this product was made for. I have extremely sweaty skin.

Honestly I think the hype and reviews kinda hurts the product, because I was expecting it to be almost magical and solve all my issues with sweaty skin. While it is slightly better than what I was using before, it is still just good chalk. Unfortunately, I still run of chalk while climbing

Also UPS is really slow and annoying, but that is hardly the fault of the store.

The rating in here seems wierdly low tho. My order was delayed two days, but I think it is just because UPS suck. Everything else was totally fine and well packaged!!
