If you get trainers from this company and you don't like them or they're the wrong size, don't expect a refund or exchange. My Hoka trainers were too small, wanted a simple exchange but sent numerous messages on their website and sent seperate emails with no response. Now thinking it's a dodgy website and the trainers may not be official either. Hoka have said it's not from them even though it claims it's an official UK Hoka supplier. Now having to go through my credit card company to attempt a refund. Stay clear.

Took two pairs to Hoka store who confirmed they are fake. We are refusing to send counterfeit goods back. This company have offered us 50% refund and to keep them. We have refused and the shoes and all the details are on there way to Hoka. HSBC are trying to get us to negotiate with the company even though we have shown them proof that this is a counterfeit company and the goods are not with us anymore. Do NOT buy from this site.

They sell counterfeit Hoka products. I had this confirmed when I tried to sell a pair on ebay after they didn't fit me. They were flagged as counterfeit by their authenticity check.
This is not a legitimate Hoka reseller. And they will never respond to you if you try to get a refund. Avoid!

Stupidly ordered a pair of Hokas from this site before reading reviews, received nothing after 2 weeks I emailed saying I wanted to cancel the order , was told I couldn’t & given a fictitious Royal Mail tracking number - raised a dispute with my credit card company then a week later obviously fake Hokas arrived in the post! Supposed to be a uk size 6 they are barely a size 4! Made from cheap materials. Putting them next to genuine Hokas it is obvythey are selling fakes. I have reported them to my credit card company to get my money back !

Definitely fake. I bought a pair of legit Hoka’s after i realised these guys had scammed me and my conclusion with them out of the box is they are 100% fake and rubbish fakes at that.

I ordered 2 pairs of Hoka trainers and afterwards I read reviews and resigned myself to the fact I'd been conned and would never see my trainers or my money... BUT 2 weeks later both trainers arrived and they are perfect. I already own a pair so I can categorically say these are 100% genuine. Don't be put off. Thank you Runnerstore

SEND AN E MAIL TO PUT THEM ON NOTICE THAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO A ” CHARGE BACK”
CONTACT YOUR BANK WITH SUPPORTING EVIDENCE THAT THE SHOES ARE FAKE.
RUNNERSTORE WILL FOLD LIKE A PACK OF CARDS AND PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT.

I bought and have hoka trainers from a Hoka website . These trainers feel and look actually the same so I can’t say they are fake. Longer delivery than normal because I think it’s outside the UK but that was fine as they arrived within 14 days as promised. No complaints here

We ordered 2 pairs of Clifton 9 and they arrived as promised. I don’t think they are fake, seem as good as the other Hoka shoes I have. Can’t guarantee they’re not fake but I’m not disappointed at all.

Fake shoes, too small. No reply to emails, texts or WhatsApp for 2 weeks. Zero customer service. Total scam – avoid!

They pretend to be a UK store with real trainers and when you purchase it is a honk kong based company called Mavanstore. They take your money, no way to cancel and the trainers are probably fake

My payment from the bank rejected twice and told me there was fraudulent activity. I went online and it said that the company was dissolved in 2018. The company site is in Colombia .. hmmm 🤔
